-Niobu was right near her, when suddenly, she started floating-

TL;DR: Kuki when there's a pink aura around her, things float, when she grabs something, it floats, Denki, Mizu, and Kuki < Kisenon, Jirokuniumu, or Niobu.
[Unlike uraraka, (this comic is kinda based off MHA) Kuki doesn't such a weakness of having to touch her opponent with all five fingers, instead, whenever a pink aura surrounds her, anything within a 12 inch radius starts floating, however, I've left out something and I used an advanced technique called lying, she can make things float by grabbing something with her entire hand, also Denki, Mizu, and Kuki aren't as strong as strong as Jirukoniumu, Niobu, and kisenon, remember, one, they're just kids]
Mizu: What the heck?
-All the debris started floating around her as well-
Denki: No way, as an anime expert, you'll know what she's doing...
