The next day, Abby woke up really early. She went downstairs and grabbed a bagel. Suddenly, she heard the doorbell ring.
"Coming!" Abby yelled. She ran to the door and opened the door. There were her best friends, Cordi and Harry. Cordi had her blond, wavy hair over one shoulder. She had her f favorite pink sundress on and in her hand was a pink and purple polka dotted suitcase. Harry had blond hair and was wearing some jeans and a soccer jersey. He had a duffel bag and a backpack.
"Hi guys!" Abby said. She opened the door to let them in. They came in and put down their bags.
"OMG! This is going to be sooo much fun!" Cordi said, excited.
"I can't wait, either. I hope they play soccer there." Harry said.
"Well, we' be leaving for Camp Half-Blood soon." Abby told them. They talked for a bit about soccer and the camp. Abby's mom came and they all got in the car. However just when the had gotten out of the car, they heard a roar. They all froze and looked behind them. Kanai had already left, dropping them off at the front gates (well, more like a front archway). There, in all it's hairy, slimy, disgusting glory (says sarcastically), was a giant.
