"Thank you, Diluc." I glanced down, my face heating up. Why did I get this feeling? He didn't confess his love, he didn't flirt. So, why did I get this sickening feeling of joy? I mean, I'm always happy, but not to this extreme. He nodded, clearing his throat as a slight tint of pink appeared on his face. "Thank you for the grape juice, but I should be going. It's 7 PM." He glanced away, "Ah, alright.. Well, goodbye, and I'll see you tomorrow." Diluc mumbled with a hint of disappointment. I gave a small smile, before standing and leaning over the counter, to hug him, then walking out the door. Why did I feel that same feeling? My stomach felt as if there were butterflies in it. I couldn't possibly love him, he's simply my friend, nothing more. I entered the gates of Mondstadt, walking on the empty pavement except for a few people, quietly walking towards or from Angel's Share, or relaxing by the fountain. I turned, now taking out my key and opening the door to my house, stepping inside. I set my bow down, walking up the steps and began stripping, brushing my teeth and sliding into my nightgown. I laid in my bed, drifting off to sleep.
