"Luca! We're here!" you finally got to the big building.
You saw Luca was about to get hit and body blocked him, taking the hit yourself.
You let out a small groan of pain.
Mike held your hand and led you to one of the doors, where Luca was already at.
"Luca, go with N/N, I'll kite from now on." Mike ordered.
"Got it." Luca said as you two started running together.
You heard a bomb sound in the distance.
"He's okay, no worries." Luca assured.
"No worries." you repeated his words.
As you two were now walking, tired and hurt, you fell into silence.
"Hey uhm.. Y/N-" Luca started.
"Yes?" you abruptly asked, somehow anxious about what the Prisioner was about to say.
"..."
"..."
"...yes, Luca?" you asked once more, way more anxious, however, in a calmer tone.
"..." Luca stopped walking.
You stopped walking, turning to him.
He gazed at your eyes, then your lips.
It happened.
Luca gave you a quick yet heartfelt small kiss on your lips.
You were stunned.
"I'm- I'M SORRY- I DIDN'T MEAN TO- I SHOULDN'T HAV-" Luca panicked.
He was interrupted by a hug, a tight one.
You jumped to his arms.
He hugged you back, lifting you up from the ground.
He then put you back down, back on your feet.
You looked in his eyes.
Once more, Luca kissed you out of the blue. This time for a more extended period of time.
No words were said.
You both smiled.
You then heard a quiet noise, coming from afar.
It was Mike, looking at you both, with tears in his eyes, and Ann by his side, with a hand on his shoulder, comforting him.
It seemed like time stopped there.
