Fading Memories

Autumn and the rest of Hellfire started to play the game, " then Hooded cultists chant, HAIL LORD VECNA"  Eddie exclaimed, The rest of hellfire cheers while Autumn just sits there in thought

"Dad  please its just a game there is nothing wrong with it , and we are old enough to play it, Especially me I'm 17 for Christ sake! " Autumn cried out as her father  was screaming at her and her brother  "THIS IS NOT JUST SOME GAME, YOU ARE  WORSHIPING THE DEVIL HIMSELF"  "just leave him out of this he has nothing to do with why we are playing the  game, its my books and my pieces  not his, please leave him alone dad" Autumn steps in front of her brother "Gabriel (Little Brother) go to your room now!, Autumn you come with me" Gabriel ran to his room as Autumn followed her father "Mary, our daughter here thinks its ok to teach her brother how to warship the devil" Her father  exclaimed  "Mom its just a game please" Autumn tried to explain, " I don't want to hear it Autumn you know hoe we feel about it  , and I don't care you know how to discipline  don't  act like you don't, go discipline her I'm watching a movie", That night Autumn got no sleep, she was up cleaning her cuts and making sure her brother didn't get hurt....

"Autumn, hello, AUTUMN!" Jeff yells causing her to jump " You good" Gareth asks reaching to wipe a tear that had fallen from her eye "yeah, I'm going to the bathroom" Autumn quickly gets up and walks to the bathroom, She fixes her makeup and heads back to the room to play.

"Dad why is Gabe Packing his bags?" Autumn asks" He cant be here around you anymore you are teaching him bad things, next thing we know he is going to be hooking up with random people, like you, so he is going away to boarding school" her father says with a grin and a chuckle " You can't do that he is only 14, its not fair" Autumn ex-calmed grabing her brothers arm to stop him from walking down the steps "I'll be ok Autie" Gabe hugs her tightly......

They played for three hours "see you all at lunch" Eddie says as the rest of hellfire left to head home, Autumn sat in her seat with her eyes down at her lap "Autumn you sure you are ok" Eddie walks over and places a hand on her back "Im fine I just have a headache" She smiles up and him as she gets out of her seat "Im going to head home" Autumn walks over to the door " Its dark and close to 11 pm you have no car here" Gareth looks at her concerned "I'll be ok I like the dark and its not like much can affect me anyways, Bye boys" Autumn walks out of the room.

Autumn watches her brother and father leave the house, "its not fair he didn't do anything wrong" She whispers to herself, She runs into her room and over to her  dresser pulling out her DND stuff and throwing it in her trash. She knew it would be that last time she saw him....

Autumn walks along the main road watching  the cars drive by. "Autumn get your ass in the car" Eddie yells out the window as he pulls up next to her, Autumn looks at him and smiles lightly, she new she would be freezing her ass off if she kept walking, She opens the door and climbed in to the passenger seat, they start driving, They pull up to Autumns house "Here you are " Eddie smiles and looks out his window "Can you come in with me? and maybe stay the night i really don't want to be alone" she looks at Eddie, Eddie backs up and parks the car on the side of the road, He gets out and walks over to the passenger side and opens the door "my lady" He hold out his hand, Autumn takes it and smiles, "Thank you" They go up to the door and she takes he keys out and opens the door, "Mary is god know where and who knows when she will be back" Eddie shuts the door behind him and follows Autumn into the kitchen, "Do you want anything Ed? we have chips, cookies, yogurt, and other stuff you can look in the fridge if you'd like to" Autumn smiles and goes to grab a glass of water, Eddie walks over to the fridge and grabs a yogurt cup, "Thank Autie" He smiles, Autumn turns around and looks at him and smiles "No prob Ed's, Here is a spoon" She opens a drawer and hand him a spoon before heading upstairs to her room " Come on don't be slow" Autumn giggles and runs into her room as Eddie comes chasing after her "HA slow!" she smiles and Eddie shakes his head and laughs as he sits on her bed eating the yogurt.

They spent the hours just talking and having fun "You know what we should go do?" Eddie smiles and gets up "Hmm?" Autumn just looks up at him from her bed "We should go to lovers lake and swim we can get Gareth along the way, how does that sound?" Autumn gets up and hugs Eddie "That sound so fun" She giggles "Ok grab your stuff, Hurry!" Eddie chuckles ], as Autumn goes to her closet then to the bathroom to change. she comes back in a Black 2 piece bikini, Eddie smiles "Are your ready yetttt" Autumn just giggles and grabs a hoodie "Now i am" Eddie stands up and grabs her hand and they head to the van"

I'm finally going to have fun.
