I am pleased to welcome you to this fluffy Muslim Romance I have written to explore both the struggles of Muslim marriage and the beauty of it.
It has a grumpy sunshine dynamic which I am sure you will love, and includes a brooding male protagonist who needs someone to throw a little fun into their lives and make them open up just a little more.
Includes she falls first but he falls harder.
A lot of 'That's my wife you're speaking to show some respect' as I know many of you love from (Burnt Lies), and a lot of exploration of getting closer to your own religion.
That being said you absolutely do not need to be Muslim to read and enjoy this book, there will be characters included that are from all different races, ethnicities, religious backgrounds and sexualities, as I do not shy away from making fully fledged characters with their own beliefs and heritage, as when I write I want to represent the world around me, and I know so many people that are so unique and different, that it would be a disservice not to represent them in this book.
As a POC author it has always been important to make sure that my books are not just limited to one race and one walk of life, no I intend to represent the real world and how very complicated and different it is for every individual.
This is a story about love, and acceptance, and is a safe space for everyone to feel seen in.
I will not tolerate any rude or nasty behaviour to any of my readers as you are all a part of this community and I want you to feel safe to be yourself here.
Please do not copy this work as it is my own and I have put a lot of time and effort into it, and it would really break my heart if someone were to take that hard work away from me. Though parts of this story are inspired by my own experience, any and all resemblances to people dead or alive are purely coincidental as this is a work of fiction.
With all that out of the way, I hope you are ready for some fluff and cutesy stuff because I'm going to go all out for this book.
