6. Main Street

Alpha POV

As I approach the park I see a large fence that prevents me from walking straight in. I follow along it looking for any possible way in. I soon find a blue patch on the wall. It seems weaker then the rest of the wall. I press my hands hard against it and it creaks under the pressure. I back away from it. I stop and wonder how much this is going to hurt. Then I run head on at the blue wall. I collide with it before tumbling from the shock on my neck. When I stop I lay there letting the pain fade. When it does I stand and open my eyes to see I'm on the other side of the wall. I look around to see large buildings of white. Some rooms still have lights on. I roar to let Indy and the raptors know where I am. I walk between the 2 buildings and see a large lake, and on the other side, several more buildings still lit up. They sure left in a hurry. I look up as I hear a loud buzzing. A helicopter. It's flying away so at least that's good. I lay down on the sand by the lake and wait. I soon however fall asleep.

Soon after

I am awoken by the sound of a bike. I ignore it at first but when I hear Indy's roar I'm immediately on my feet. I run around the annoyingly large lake until I get to the Main Street. What I see angers me. I see Indy fighting Echo, Delta and a T. rex while Charlie fights Blue. I also see the brown vest human shooting Indy. I roar and all comes to a standstill. The T. rex roars then charges at me. As it goes to bite I grab its mouth closing it before forcing the Rex to the ground place my foot on its neck to prevent it from biting or moving. Charlie runs to my side and so does Indy. Delta and Echo run to Blue's.
"What is the meaning of this!?" I yell in fury.
Blue looks at Delta and Echo before looking back at me.
"Indy wanted us to kill Owen." Says Blue.
I look at Indy who nods confirming this.
"And why didn't you?" I ask.
"He was our old alpha before we took up your deal." Answers Blue.
"Well let me ask you something Blue." I say smirking, "Where is your beloved alpha?"
Blue seems confused by this question.
"What do you mean? He's right here." She says looking to one side, "No here." She says looking to the other. Her face only shows her confusion which soon turns to shock and disbelief as she realises he's gone.
I look down at the T. rex that I have pinned to the ground.
"Go." I say lifting my foot.
The Rex looks at me the leaves. As it does I lower my head down to Blue.
"Your so called alpha abandoned you when I arrived." I say matter-of-factly.
Blue, Delta and Echo now seem scared. They have realised they are out matched, underpowered, abandoned.
"You may think I'm cold-hearted but I saved both Indy and your sister Charlie." I say calmly.
Blue, Delta and Echo look at Charlie who nods at them confirming what I said.
"So, even though you betrayed us." I say, "I am willing to forgive you 3. You have been betrayed by your old alpha who ran to save himself from me."
Blue lowers her head slightly.
"But I haven't run from him. Nor do I run from you." I say.
Blue looks up at me. "So that's it? You forgive us?" Asks Blue confused.
"Of course." I answer simply, "What kind of alpha would I be if I didn't forgive my own pack. It is my name after all."
This causes them to laugh a little. "I guess that makes sense."
"So is all forgiven on my half?" I ask them.
"I guess." Says Blue walking over to my side.
"I'm with Blue." Says Echo following.
"Delta?" I say.
"Fine." Says Delta, "But only because you're cool."
I laugh at that. "Thanks Delta."
There's a long pause before Blue asks. "Now what?"
"I'm not really sure." I say, "I guess we should find a place to stay."
"Well that's a start." Says Indy.
"Yeah. Somewhere with a lake." Says Charlie excitedly.
"And a view of the park nearby." Says Echo.
"And near a food supply." Says Blue thinking strategically.
"And a quite area of forest." Says Delta, "You know. To think."
I laugh again. "We'll find a place to meet all our individual needs." I say.
"This is going to be fun." Says Blue.
"This is not how I saw our day going." Says Delta.
"Who could have?" I laugh, "Well let's get started."
With that we all begin to find our way to the forest. Well try to. We might be here for a while.
