'Back to the Old House' by The Smiths blasts through her speakers, drowning out the deafening silence between us.

I've known Riley for about a week and a half now, and although that's short, it's long enough for me to know that I don't think we could ever be friends. She has moments where I think she's redeeming herself, like when I learned she can play guitar, when Sadie got a long with her, and right now, Riley playing music that's actually enjoyable.

Call me any name you want, and tell me to not judge a book by its cover, but that's what I did with Riley from the bat. I hate to say I've been right about every assumption Ive made towards her, but I've been right every time. Everyday I'm usually bothered by her company, but today I'm especially bothered, knowing that she decided to not tell me about our sex scene we have today. I walk into set, and look completely a fool when Tayler yells, 'You ready to get frisky, Tiger?' and I'm convinced he's trying to come on to me.

She annoys the shit out of me. She's awkward, demanding.. she always thinks she right. Riley is all of my pet peeves in one.

It sucks that her personality has to completely ruin it all, because man is she beautiful.

Even as we sit in this car that is full of hateful energy, I curse myself for looking at her brown hair, and the way she taps her fingers to the beat of the song.

I really don't know why I'm in this car. Riley was leaving for her lunch break to go get coffee, Tayler told me to go, and I had no energy to fight with him. I know he wants us to work out our differences, but we're adults, and if we don't like each other... that's just that. So if sitting in a car, completely silent, will make Tayler happy with me, I'll do it.

It only takes a few minutes to get there with Riley's serial killer driving, and I'm surprised we didn't total someone's car with the way she tried to park.

"Are you sure you have your license?" I ask her as I unbuckle my seat belt.

"Yes, I'm sure." She huffs at me, today being a day where she's especially annoyed with me. "Why are you getting out?" It's hard not to laugh at her sometimes with the way she looks at me.

"You don't want help carrying everything?" I clarify.

"No, just stay here." She says with an unnecessary amount of attitude. Example-A of why I can't stand her sometimes (all of the time) .

"You know what," I give her a flashy grin, "Just because of that, you bet your ass I'm coming inside."

Riley basically slams her car door, throwing her head back with a loud sigh, "Why did you even come with?"

"Do you think I want to be here?" I ask as I shut her car door, "Tayler told me to come. I need to get on his good side after he overheard our little fight the other day."

She ignores me, and turns on her heels, making sure to walk a large distance away from me. I eventually catch up to her since her legs are about half the size of mine, but she still pathetically tries to speed walk away from me. Just to spit her, I reach out and grab the front door of the cafe just before she does, forcing her to walk under my arm through the entrance.

We silently stand in line, waiting for our moment to order. Luckily, this place is not busy at all, and the only people in here besides us are the two people waiting in line before us.
