Chapter 6: ||Lies, Lies, Lies||

Tord decided to go out for a stroll, until he felt someone touch his shoulder. He turned around to see Tom with a serious look on his face as he grabbed his hand and pulled him outside of the house in a hurry "Tom?! What's this all about??" Tom didn't speak, as they settled down in an alleyway and then Tom finally looked into Tords eyes in a serious look.

"Tord, I like you." Tord stood in confusion of what Tom just spat at him, he...liked Tord? Tord chuckled "No kidding!" Tom frowned and then grabbed Tords hands firmly "I'm serious about this, I don't want anybody knowing that we are together..." Tords eyes widened to the sudden response and then spoke back "what! Why?" Tom rolled his 'eyes' and then looked back

"Because, bad things can happen. A lot of people can't know okay?" Tord gripped his sweater in worry "Not even...Edd and Matt?" Tom frowned as he saw the sadness in Tords eyes. "Tord-" Before Tom could finish Tord gritted his teeth and then popped in "Your telling us to lie?!" Tom paused as he could see the concern in Tords eyes and sighed vastly.

"Yes, but listen to me here-" Tord interrupted Tom immediately with regret and fear "I don't like lying...especially what happened last time..." Tom knew what Tord mean't but still warned him "Tord- please...I love you but...there's flaws in this relationship if we share it with people" Tord teared up with fear and then spoke in a trembling cold voice "I...I don't think we can make this work, Tom..."

Toms eyes widened with shock "Your...not serious right?" Tom seemed to look regretful of what he said, but Tord didn't care. He didn't like the way Tom was acting right now, and had to make things right, even if he doesn't like 'That way' "Yes, im serious...the way your acting and saying this is to much for me. I can make this work if your like this Tom! Im sorry..."

Tom teared up, his hand holding his chest as it ached with pain. Tord darkened and walked away back to the apartment as Tom stood there, in silence.

—Later—

Tords POV:

I could hear whining, and...crying in Tom's room. I became worried, but I had to deal with it...I dealt with it for almost A MONTH! Until Edd went into Toms room. I heard everything "Tom, you haven't slept in almost a month...are you alright?" Edds words echoed into my ears, my eyes widened...he didn't sleep for almost a month? Was that incident really a big deal to Tom...

I could hear Tom mumble something...but it was as thin as air! I could barely hear a thing he was saying...Edd sighed and then closed the door, it creaked  loudly as it slammed shut quietly. I felt worried for Tom, and felt like I should speak to him for once...I sat up and walked into the doorway of Toms room, I creaked it open...Tom cautiously turned his head around

His eyes looked so red... "Hey! Tom..." I spoke trying to sound as soothing as possible. Tom turned around and immediately shunted the covers over him and shouted coldly "Go away!" I could see Tom trembling in misery, I just couldn't bare to see him like this. I shuffled over to Toms bed and sat down trying to make myself comfy, "Tom- im sorry for the way I acted, I just didn't like the way you were dealing with this dating thing, you know?"

Tom still continued to stay silent, like his voice just faded away. Tord became regretful, and then put his hand on Toms. "Tom, please forgive me..." I could feel tears running down my face, until Tom finally sat up. Tom smiled and then wiped my damp tears away before speaking, his voice sounding as dry as a desert "I...I love you." I smiled and then hugged Tom.
