As you two walk to class, you see Charlton and Kai walk in together. You eye Charlton and stare at him angrily, after what he did.

The bell rings and everyone sits in there assigned seats.
"Alright class," the teacher starts, "As you should know, today you will be doing a chemistry project in groups of 4."
Everyone looks at their friends and picks their groups in their minds. You instantly look at Israa and she mouths, "Charlton and Kai." You nod and the teacher carries on talking.
"You may stand up, pick your groups and sit at a table in them."

Everyone stands up and picks their groups and you and Israa stand next to each other.
"Girl go ask him to be in our group!" She says.
"No way I'm not doing that you do it,"
"Ok fine Rock Paper Scissors!"
You do Rock Paper Scissors and you win, so Israa goes and asks them.
"Hey guys!" Israa says in a friendly voice.
"Yo what up Israa shawty?" Kai says
how the fuck does he know her name...
you think to yourself, as you stand next to her quietly, folding your arms.
"Yeah....anyways! You two seem like you don't have a group so me and my best friend, y/n were wondering if you and Charlton wanted to join ours since we have no one either,"
"Actually it was just her who was wondering."
you add on with attitude.
"Of course! We would love to, after all me, y/n and Israa are actually pretty good friends!"
Charlton says.
"Yeah sure." you say under your breath.
"Haha yeah so let's go sit at that table near the back!" Israa says, trying to change the subject.

"Alright class everyone seems to be in their groups, so I think it's a good time to explain what we are actually doing for the project,"
the teacher said, "So we have been studying atoms in chemistry, so in your groups you will be making a poster with everything you've learned about it. Everyone understand?"
"Yes miss." The class says.
"Alright you have the whole hour of the lesson so take your time!"

Everyone starts to begin with their posters and so do you and Israa. Charlton and Kai don't really do much, like you expected, but after a minute Kai breaks the silence and says, "So you cuties coming to the party tomorrow? I'm pretty sure Charlton said that we're picking you two up early to go."
"Yes of course!" Israa replies instantly in excitement.
"Oh yeah you guys are picking us up,"
"Yeah, so we're thinking about picking you guys up at 4:30 since Kai's house is 30 minutes away and we have 1 hour to get everything prepared, and you guys can help with the decorations? If you want of course," Charlton explains.
"WE WOULD LOVE TO!" Israa says extremely fast and loud.
"Girl calm down," you whisper to her.
"Alright great so I'll make a group chat and add y/n and Kai, and y/n you can add Israa.
"Great." You say sarcastically. You were still quite annoyed at him so you weren't to friendly with him. Israa, kai, Charlton and yourself finished your atoms poster and chatted for the rest of the hour about plans for the party. You weren't too in the conversation and you didn't say much.

The bell rings, you say goodbye to Israa and everyone goes home. The rest of the evening was boring and you eventually fall asleep after dinner.

here's another chapter for today! idk but felt like writing even more and the next chapter is gonna be something a bit different but I don't wanna spoil and after that is gonna be the house party!!! thanks for the support!
