"i'll make you a bet" yeonjun said. "oh yeah? spit it out then." i replied. "if you can keep a girl of my choice for atleast 3 weeks, you win."
"deal, who do you pick for me then, huh?" i asked with my fingers crossed behind my back so nobody could see. yeonjun pointed his finger at a girl standing next to the stairs. "Her." he said with a sure look on his face.
"are you kidding" i said as i swiftly turn my head toward the stairs. "that's tae soomin, i can't do that. She's literally the most geeky person at this school." i complained, "fine, i win" my friend said with a cocky expression and a smirk on his face. "no, i'll do it." i finished with a disappointed look on my face, yeonjun reached out his hand so we could shake on it, i quickly shook his hand while also shaking my head and staring at the ground.
SOOMIN POV•
mills was taking ages and i was so awkward, i wasn't sure what to do with myself with nobody that i know around me. i spotted hyunjin and his friend looking over a couple of times at me, all good things i hope? i've never met his other friends before, only the ones from school.
all of a sudden i hear millie's voice from upstairs "get up here gyal!!" she shouts to me, i shrug then nod my head as i walk up the stairs quickly, she takes me into the bathroom and hands me a dress. "wear this, please" she said to me with a concerned look, "why?" i asked her. "it will look pretty on you".
i do what she says and change into the new dress.
HYUNJIN POV•
i have to figure out a way to talk to soomin now, ugh.
i walk towards my group of friends, all of them holding a drink in their hand. yeonjun had already told them about our little bet, so everyone is asking me about it. "shhhh" i say, "idk if she's close or not" everyone gets quiet. "i just can't believe it's her out of all people, she's so annoying and doesn't even talk, and did you even see what she's wearing tonight?! not pretty-"
hyunjin goes on as the attention comes off of him and onto the person walking into the room, he noticed everyone staring at the doorway with their mouths all wide open in shock.
"what is it you guy-" i said while turning round and stopping in my tracks.
SOOMIN POV•
i had the dress on and followed millie down the stairs, we had met felix and we all decided to go to the living room to sit down for a minute.
we had walked into the room in a horizontal line kinda, mills on the left of me and felix on the right. when suddenly the room went quiet and everyone started staring.
"what?!" i ask concerned
