We can see Rei and (Y/N) alone in a bedroom on the Takagi Estate. Rei was fully naked, and (Y/N) was just wearing his undersuit, with his hands on Rei's shoulder.
Rei: "*worried look* (Y-Y/N)..."
(Y/N): "*hands on her shoulder* Rei..."
Shizuka then appeared out of nowhere, with a sinister expression on her face. Her hands were drenched in some sort of oil.

Shizuka: "*sinister look* Ready or not, here I come. Don't let her escape (Y/N)."
(Y/N): "Got it."
Rei: "It's gonna hurt!"
Shizuka: "*sinister look* A little."
Shizuka can then be seen stretching her hands towards Rei's back as (Y/N) is holding her down in front of her. Shizuka began massaging the oil on Rei's back, then Rei yelled out a loud "No."
Shizuka: "*laughing* It's for your good."
(Y/N): '*bruh look* It's been one whole day since we stayed in Saya's home, it was a unique experience, to say the least. And it was very nice.'

Shizuka: "*laughing* Did it burn? That was my special formal!"
Rei looked up at (Y/N) with a betrayed expression, tearing up slightly and blushing from the earlier interaction.
Rei: "*blushes* You traitor!"
(Y/N): "*bruh look* Me? I only held you down while she rubbed your back."
Rei: "*blushes* It's not what I meant!"

Shizuka left the room while the two argued with each other.

She yelled in anger as (Y/N) booked it out of the room, closing the door behind her. (Y/N) groaned as he walked down the stairs and noticed two individuals yelling at each other because the box they were carrying had fallen to the ground. (Y/N) watched as they picked up the box and carried it away.
