Narrator: An angry lad there be in my story,
Whom mourns the demise of his father dear,
Stumbled unwittingly 'pon his demise,
Stood ere a shootout of cops and cutthroats.
In the still silence of the dark rainy night,
Laid there he did in silent agony.
Unwitten Doom: Mine son! I am consum’d by cruel death!
Still thyself child though mine blood be spilled forth!
It is in all aspects I shun this death,
Whence I hast to leave thou and thy mother,
Alone to fend for thyselves in this life!
Promise; swear to be good and live honest,
For 'tis reminder be mine only gift,
And wish'd that thee live a life unlike mine,
For naught but the grave is all that awaits!
Mine son! Hold me close lend me thy warmth for,
