What are we? | Danielle & Haerin

 our debut is in a month, here I am preparing myself for the day all 5 of us would be officially labeled as the new hybe group debuting.

But there's one certain girl that can make Haerin forget all that pressure. It's Danielle, her smile, laugh, personality. It was perfect, that people say that you'll fall in love with her at first sight, and whoever said that was right because I can't stop looking at her, I can't help but feel butterflies bloom in my stomach each time I look at her.

I wandered into deep thought while helplessly falling in love with each glance i took until I heard my name being called. ''Haerin ah~'' I reply, ''yes dani unnie'' even her calling my name makes me blush. ''It's time to go home~'' said Danielle, her bubbly personality never fails to make me happy, even after a long day of training and practicing, she makes me feel so calm and in place whenever i'm scared or tierd. I answered back ''okay unnie, let me go get my things''

''I'll wait for you'' said Danielle she let out a slight smile, my heart skipped a beat.
''Uhm its o-okay just leave without me '' i said. I can't believe myself I feel so embarrassed I just stuttered and I don't even stutter between my words. This girl is driving me crazy. ''I'll feel unsafe if I leave alone because it's late outside and I wanna walk home with you'' I don't know why, but hearing that made my heart sting. If any bastards were to hurt Danielle I would never forgive myself knowing I let her go alone.

''Okay you can wait, I'll be quick then let's go home'' I said and smiled. Danielle let out a secret smile, that I was able to get a glimpse of which made me feel butterflies bloom in my stomach. Maybe there's a chance... I shook my head and grabbed my things and saw Danielle sitting on the bench nearly asleep. I went closer to examine her features. Her eyes, nose, lips..
She's beautiful. I couldn't help but stare. ''Cute'' I mumbled.

She knew that the older girl was tired. Haerin couldn't help but feel sorry for taking so long and making the poor girl wait. It was late and Haerin didn't wanna wake up Danielle.  But while I haerin was still examining her features she managed to say ''Dani unnie wake up'' but little did she know Danielle wasn't fully asleep just pretending but she really was tired while waiting for the younger.

''It's time to go home'' said Haerin, Danielle stood up and replied ''sorry i fell asleep while waiting'' she lied but let out a small smile. Which Haerin blushed at ''you must be tired, let's go home the other members are probably wondering why we aren't home yet'' I let out a chuckle. ''We'll just tell them we were practicing late'' said Danielle, there was obviously a hint of tiredness in her voice so we both left the building and walked our way back to our dorm. There was a silence walking back to the dorm but it wasn't an awkward one. Danielle couldn't help but remember what happened a moment ago ''Cute'' she heard Haerin mumble.

Danielle's heart was beating so quickly. Even though Danielle's eyes were closed she could feel the breath of Haerin. That's how close they were. Danielle couldn't help but feel flustered while having that thought keep popping up in her mind. She doesn't know why she's feeling like this.
''Me and Haerin are just friends.'' she kept repeating in her mind.
But deep inside she knows it's something more. More deeper than just friends. But she ignored it

Hey sorry if the first chapter is kinda messy as i'm still learning to write xD
this chapter is kinda short im also still figuring out how the plot is gonna be :)
