'' yup, your hamster '' I said quietly. '' haerin I- '' dani spoke, '' were back! '' Hyein interrupted while running down the hallway. I quickly let go of Danielle's hand before anyone could notice the little moment we had. '' that was fast '' I chuckled.

'' yeah we wanted to leave early so '' Minji said, '' before it gets too cold '' Hanni replied. '' lets leave now! '' Hanni yelled with a hint of excitement on her face. '' lets go '' Minji said while heading out the door.

'' meet you guys there '' Hanni chuckled while leaving with the younger.'' its just again '' I chuckled. I suddenly remember what Danielle was trying to say before getting cut off by the maknae. '' what did she want to say? '' I thought to myself. I started to think back at the moment we had a moment ago it was amazing I thought.

what was that, I asked myself. the look in her eyes were different then whenever she used to look at me before, it seemed more loving, with a familiar feeling of lust. '' yeah '' she chuckled, causing me to snap out of my thoughts. '' you look gorgeous '' I mumbled. I noticed she turned into a blushing mess I felt accomplished, I thought to myself. '' you d-don't look t-to bad yourself'' she stuttered. 

Haerin was dressed in an oversized yellow shirt, as it was neatly tucked in with her pair of black shorts, with her hair tied up. She looked beautiful yet handsome.'' thanks '' haerin replied.

Danielle stood up and started making her way to the door, '' hurry up hamster '' she chuckled, while leaving. '' wait for me '' I followed sounding like an obedient puppy. Walking to the beach I noticed that there were a group of middle aged men staring at Danielle disgustingly.  

I slowly felt my blood starting to boil, I wanted to scream '' back off '' to those men. But I couldn't, I decided to play it cool for now. But I felt a tug on my shirt when I realized Danielle was uncomfortable with them staring to. '' haerin-'' she said quietly.

'' yeah, don't worry you'll be fine '' I said as I got the hint. I slowly intertwined our fingers. '' just hold tight '' I chuckled. '' thank you hamster~ '' she whispered. My heart skipped a beat, it was a really bold move of me but it was probably the smartest move ever.

We made our way to the beach safely meeting with the others, turns out they had already set up a spot for us to sit while near the beach. '' you guys took long '' Hanni teased. '' sorry unnie '' I chuckled.

Hyein and Minji were AGRESSIVLY playing in the water, tackling each other as well as giving a punch here and there. '' you guys should go join then '' Hanni said. '' but dont play in the water to much haerin '' Hanni chuckled while referring to the fever incident.

'' yeah yeah I know '' I replied. '' you to dani go have some fun '' Hanni let out a smirk while  forcefully dragging her into the water. '' unnieee! '' she whined, '' hahaha look whose whining now '' Hyein joked.

'' be quiet you child '' she chuckled. '' haerin get in here '' Minji said while pulling me, I could feel the cold salt water touch my skin. '' okay okay! '' I exclaimed as they start splashing water on me. '' yah! Im getting tripled team! '' I yelled. '' sorry hamster '' Danielle giggled.

I blushed, '' yah! guys were at the beach, no flirting '' Minji chuckled. '' right '' I joked'' here ya go '' Hyein said pushing me to fully fall in the cold sea water. '' yah! '' I yelled. All 5 of us were enjoying the time we had at the beach.

At this moment I took the time to think about how much I really loved these 4 idiots. Reminding me about how things would change once we debut, knowing I wouldn't have gotten this far without them made me so thankful to have them.

''isn't it beautiful?'' Hanni asked me while staring at the sea. '' its pretty '' I mumbled while feeling the sand rub against my skin. '' I really love all 4 of you guys. '' she said with a hint of sadness in her voice. '' I do to unnie '' I gave her a smile. 

'' can I ask you a question? '' she said softly, '' sure '' I replied. '' do you like dani. '' she asked giving me a serious but soft look. I paused, why is she asking me this question I thought. Is it that obvious? I questioned myself.

Before I knew it I already gave her a simple answer, '' Yes '' I answered '' I like dani unnie. '' I added. '' then why dont you tell her '' She asked. '' Im scared. '' I said quietly. '' I cant let my feelings get the best of me unnie. I cant afford to lose her.. '' I sighed.

'' haerin, sometimes you have to take risks and this might be your chance. '' She replied '' you never know how a person could feel you know?'' she said. '' yeah your right '' I sighed. Look at the mess I got myself into.

After the conversation we had earlier, there was just plain silence. The other members went to go get ice cream so It was just me and Hanni. Things we discussed earlier made the atmosphere awkward, I wish they could hurry up.

'' UNNIEE!! I WANT THIS FLAVOUR'' Hyein pointed, '' okay okay lower your voice '' Minji hissed. '' hurry up guys the others are waiting for us '' Danielle said. '' oh come on, we all know you just wanna see haerin unnie '' Hyein teased. '' thats not true! '' Danielle fired back. '' yeah yeah, whatever '' Minji smirked.

'' okay can we just go now '' Danielle said annoyed, '' okay just go without us we'll meet you there '' Minji said.  '' b- but what if i ran into some creepy old men again '' Danielle said worryingly.  '' you'll be fine '' Minji said leaving with Hyein.

'' guys! '' Danielle yelled hoping for them to hear her, but the two were already too far ahead of her leaving her alone.

Danielle started walking  her way back to the others, although she felt completely fine she knew there were middle aged men who looked  drunk during broad daylight making her even more scared.

I noticed that Minji and Hyein came back but I realized there was no sight of Danielle with them. 
'' wheres dani? '' I asked, '' wait shes not back yet? '' Minji asked. '' she didn't come back with you so where is she? '' I panicked. '' me and minji unnie went to get ice cream and left her '' Hyein replied. 

'' so you guys left her? '' I said coldly. '' yeah pretty mu- '' Hyein said, '' shut up hyein '' Minji whispered covering her mouth.

'' shit. '' I stood up and felt my heart sank while sprinting. '' oh boy haerins pissed '' Hanni said with a smirk on her face. '' Im sorry this is my fault. '' Minji said. '' don't apologize to me '' Hanni chuckled. 


I  was lost trying to find my way back. But all of a sudden I felt a hand on my shoulder causing me to jump. '' hey look  we've got a cutie here '' One of the men said. '' shes young and pretty '' mumbled another.  '' get away from me! '' I screamed trying to get out of their grip. '' don't move princess, or else there will be consequences ''

I slowly felt tears starting to from my her eyes, '' h-haerin where are you- ''  I whispered. '' what was that princess '' one of them said. '' HAERIN! WHERE ARE YOU '' I screamed one more time. I slowly felt my breathing become shaky and my eyesight getting blurry until I felt a familiar hand hold my waist.

'' I'm sorry I took long '' Haerin whispered. '' h-haerin '' I replied. '' who do you think you are interfering '' a man said. '' doesn't matter bastard. '' Haerin answered. '' you can throw punches at me but dont touch her, deal? '' she asked.

'' haerin no- '' I said while still shaking. '' deal '' the man said, '' get her boys '' all 3 of them started to throw punches at her, I felt my heart drop. She can't do anything she's vulnerable. 

All of the men started to throw punches at me, It does hurt. It hurts a lot but I just need to stall.
'' Hanni, take her now! '' I yelled. '' you'll be fine right? '' she replied. I gave her a faint smile to reassure I'll be alright.

'' pay attention over here you bitch. '' one of them cursed as they punched me in the stomach. '' shit '' I yelled the punch caused me to fall hard on the ground. '' thats what i thought '' he yelled.

I have to get up. I have to run before I can't. '' come on haerin, come on '' I hissed in pain. '' where do you think your going '' one of them said while kicking me. There was blood all over me but it didn't matter, I needed to run.

'' running for my life of course. '' I smirked while I started sprinting as fast as I can to meet the others. '' shit shes fast '' they said while chasing me. '' thanks for the compliment '' I winked once I started to outrun them. But the pain in my stomach was too brutal causing me to slow down but I safely made it. Although now I looked like I just escaped a Prison.

I knew the others were probably at the dorm so I made it there and checked my surroundings to make sure nobody followed me. I opened the door and slowly closed it which lead to me slowly falling to the ground.

'' GUYS HAERIN UNNIE IS HURT! '' Hyein yelled making a scene. '' no shit sherlock '' Hanni said.
'' language hanni '' Minji hissed. '' aish, come on guys don't you see im bleeding everywhere '' I whined.

'' carry her to the room dani will treat her since shes in there to '' Hanni said. '' okay unnie '' Hyein said while carrying me into the room. '' your heavy '' hyein complained. '' haha, sorry '' I whined in pain due to the pain. 

Hyein slowly opened the door leading me to see Danielle also treating a few of her wounds she got from those men. I felt my anger rise above me making me want to fight back those men knowing what they did. But I tried to control myself and keep my cool.

'' haerin unnie needs to be treated as well '' Hyein said leaving me and Danielle alone. There was a silence between us, a sad one. I took one look at her and could tell how worried she must've been slowly making a knot form inside of me.

'' are you okay dani? '' I let out a smile while cleaning  a wound of hers. '' you idiot! '' she cried while harshly punching me. It hurt but I could tell she was more hurt then me inside. '' why did you just let them hurt you! and do all those things to you! '' she yelled.

I let out a faint smile. I knew she was right, I could've fight back but I didn't. I didn't want to let her see that side of me or anyone see it. All I could do was stay quiet. '' yet your still smiling after all of this.. '' she whispered.

'' i need to make sure you were safe first dani. '' I replied. '' I would never forgive myself if you got hurt. '' I sighed. '' what about me, or how i feel.. '' she sobbed. '' i'm sorry dani.. '' I pulled her into a hug.

'' i was so scared.. '' she said softly. '' i know you were '' I replied hugging her tighter. '' where are you hurt '' she asked curiously. '' a few punches near my stomach and on the lip '' I answered.

Danielle examined my wounds and put some ointment on it. She bandaged up the rest slowly slowly healing the wound. All I could do was look at how beautiful she is. Man I love this girl.

'' thank you '' she said softly, '' for what '' I asked. '' for saving me '' she said while slowly leaning in to plant a kiss on my cheek. my heart skipped a beat, '' dani '' I said while I started to move closer and closer, our faces were only inches apart.

'' y-yes '' she stuttered, I could tell she was blushing it was written all over her face. She was just so pretty I couldn't resist. Her hair was tied up in a messy bun along with her oversized shirt, tucked in with black shorts.

'' your really pretty you know that? '' I asked. '' yes i know haerin ah '' she chuckled softly. I really wanted to kiss her, to confess to her, to just tell her how I feel. Gosh dang it haerin why are you such a coward. All I could do was stare at her beautiful eyes just slowly getting lost in them.

'' Ahem, guys '' Minji said while peeking her head through the door.
