The Forbidden Boundaries

Mathew's POV

"son someday you will meet your mate when that happens do not let her escape, explain to her, show her and let her feel your love like i showed your mother" my father said

"stop saying hard to grasp word to my son, right mat you go allong and play but be careful" said mom

"we will always love you"

those we're the last words my parents said to me before our whole pack was destroyed by a series of attack from different coven's of vamp,only a handful of children's were spared, which lead to a war then ended up on a truce, some what the only land that was untouched by the war was this piece of land, in which was rewarded to us by the council,

i was trained here during my early childhood until i had receive my rightful place as the bloodmoon's alpha, one of the strongest pack in the world, but i had always Wondered, why where we banned from going and even passing the territory on the north, but today we will know.

as the new's arrived that the school the council had built was finished, it filled me with some curiosity, this school maybe the answer to my curiosity.

the elder's had called upon me and a handful of warriors to a meeting

"as you have heard those of you who are willing to go and learn in that co-ed school with vampires must be kept safe so you must meet up with the owner of the land and its protector" said the elder

"may i ask, why was it banned to use the pass on that certain territory?" i asked the elder

"that territory is a neutral territory and is inhabited by a handfull of mystical creatures thus is more dangerous than any other territory, some of the patrolling warriors we're attacked by things unimaginable by us when they crossed the boundaries and we're badly injured"

"so why didn't we went and claim the land for us or even better get the council to help?"

"we failed miserable on claiming the land also the vampires were also trying but also failing a number of time's so we called help from the council"

"so what did they did?"

"they returned with this emblems it is unknown what they do but they said the owner of the land apologies on any misfortunes that befall those who cross the boundaries and must pay respect to its protector's"

"so where do we come in?"

"that's why where sending you to the boundaries to call out to its owner and protector to ask passage" said the elder

"you make it sounds so easy"

"just follow the order and you'll have the bar for yourselves tonight" said the elder leaving with a smile

"well that was something" said my beta jacob

"atleast will have all the booze and liquor for ourselves tonight! hell yeah lets get drunk" said loyd my top warrior

"then let's get going" as i started to run and transformed to my wolf form not waiting for them to catch up,

a few hours latter we reached the boundaries of our territory, as we returned to our human form and wore atleast some decent clothes from the bag we brought.

then it hit me, the scent, that fragrance, it was amzing it smelled like vanilla with a hint of chocolate and mint which was captivating and almost addictive to me.

"you smell that?" i asked

"what smell? don't tell me i smell?" said jacob

" nah, its not you, it must be from the patrol's" said loyd

"it must be" i said uncertainly

i examined the forest for quite a bit before asking them on what to do, so we debated on how to do this and after 5 minutes or so we ended with jacobs plan.
