~Chapter Seven~

~Lexie's P.O.V~

All the way to the airport I was telling the taxi driver to hurry up. To try and fly there! We finally reached the airport and I ran in practically leaving the other two to pay the bill. I went and waited in the area/terminal that Merican Megan was getting off at an waited for about 30minutes. Chloe and Megan came tottering along over to me while I literally sat on the edge of my seat. I was looking at the screen waiting for it to tell me that their flight had landed. All of a sudden I looked up and it disappeared. My heart stopped. It was at just that moment the woman over the terminal said through the microphone "We had some problems with the screens, so I'd like to inform you that flight 69 has landed from New Jersey. I repeat flight 69 has landed from New Jersey." That was it. Merican Megan was finally here! I stood up and that's when I saw her. It was like them people in the movies where they run to each other. I threw my ipod in the air praying that either Chloe or Megan would catch it. I ran over to Merican Megan (imagine this in slow motion) and gave her the biggest hug in the whole wide world! We turned around to see Chloe and Megan stood smiling. Megan looked like a proud mother and Chloe looked like she had a sleepy smile. Oops? We walked over taking like 0 breath because we had so much to say. Merican Megan gave Chloe and Megan a hug then we went and helped her with her luggage and got a taxi back to our hotel. I still couldn't believe that I was here in the airport with my best friend from NJ.
