Billy Hargrove the schools newest bad boy of Hawkins, He's taken with the so called 'loser' the girl who can't defend herself because of a weak heart.
Aviva Claire Munson the girl who has no mother or father and to add to it she has cardiomyopathy, meaning she has a weak heart, she also has bad anxiety from all the abuse and bullying because of her condition.
Everybody picks at her and bullies her, except Billy. He wants to protect her and care for her, he doesn't know why exactly.
He's watched her for weeks, observing her, he knows she always eats alone... When she does eat, He also knows that she has a brother, Eddie Munson.
Eddie does his best to look after his sister with the help of his uncle with her condition, he loves her unconditionally, it's difficult for him also though, he's seen as a loser also as he is the leader of the schools DnD club hellfire club they call it.
She has no friends only her brother, but when they go on camp to a new town Billy means to change that, to get to know her and maker her his own. He is a dominant one after all and will get what he wants.
