WIMY - CHAPTER 4

Skyler

"What!!! You wanted to talk to me because you want to fire another personnel!" Sigaw ng HR Head.

Tumango tango lang ako.

"Yes." Sabi ko habang Nakadekwatro Dito sa upuan.

Her office is smaller and puro pictures ng anak niya yung nasa wall. Proud na proud ah.

"Skyler! No! We can't do that!"

"Why not, Auntie?" Aunt ko pala yung HR Head. Mostly, relatives ko ang nilalagay ko to some of my companies para sure puede mademanda agad, isang mali lang nila. Bwahaha.

"That will affect our image, naka sampu ka na in total, Skyler." Iling niya.

"I want Ms. Abelardo, fired." Palo ko sa table.

"What! Ms. Abelardo was just recently hired, and to tell you Skyler that girl is the best personnel to be in that position! She's different!"

"Yeah, She's different and that's why I want her OUT!" Duro ko sa table.

"No! Kase Wala ng nag apply for that position because of the stigma that you caused! It spread like wild fire!"

Mga tao nga naman. Tsk tsk. 

Mga chismosa!

"Alam mo bang ang daming bad reviews sa mga job portal sites! I had to talk to someone to take those down! Ang baba ng percentage of us hiring, and that's bad!"

Napabuntong hininga siya.

"That's good you had someone to remove those." Sabi ko at Inikot inikot ko tong pen na nakita ko sa harapan ko.

I really don't care about that.

"If you keep firing your employees then iisipin ng karamihan that this company doesn't give any career opportunities, our competitors might use that against us!"

"Okay then, if I can't fire her then I'll make my own way." Tumayo na ako.

"Hay, Skyler. Just give her a chance. And Ikaw, you should address that anger issues of yours!"

Napaismid ako.

Hinayaan ko na lang yung sinabi niya since Aunt ko siya.

"Tell Ms. Abelardo, that I need to talk to her in my office." Sabi kong nakatalikod.

"Skyler?" Rinig ko sa Boses niya ang pag aalala.

"Don't worry, mag uusap lang kami Auntie. Relax!" Tatawa tawa kong sinabi.

Nagpaalam na ako sa kanya at lumalakad na pabalik sa office ko.

Itong Abelardo pa talaga yung natapat sa akin. Pahirapan yung ugali! Palaban.

Agad akong Sumakay ng elevator at nung makarating ako sa floor ng office ko, pumasok ako agad sa room.

After fifteen minutes kumatok na si Abelardo.

"Come in!"

At pumasok na si EYESORE.

"Hello, Ms. Cirillo." Nag bow na naman siya. Feelengerang koreano.

Eh ang liit naman niya para maging Korean. Asa 5'2 lang ata toh eh.

"Palakang-bukid, since you're also going to act as my assistant-"

Hindi niya ako pinatapos dahil Nag salita din siya agad.

"Hala po?!" Nanlaki yung mga mata Niya sa sinabi ko.
