Chapter 4 - The first Date

[Rain's PoV]
"How good can you skate?" Ash asked me as I put on my skates. "I've been skating since I was little, but I'm not that good. I know a few tricks, but I'm not that great." Ash smiled, "How about I teach you some tricks?" "Sure!" We get up from the bench and we start to skate together.

"How are you doing? Have you fallen yet?" Ash asked me as I was about to fall. "Not until now, no." Ash helps me get up, while she giggles. "Thank you!" Ash smiles at me. I think I'm starting to like Ash. I'm not very sure if that's okay, but i really like her, she's so sweet.

I get this weird feeling whenever Ash touches me... And she's so pretty, I wonder if she's single.. I hope she is.

After we finish roller skating, we go to a café, there a nice lady greets us. We sat down at a table near the windows. "Do you like it so far?" she asks me. "Yeah, it's pretty nice here, do you like it?" "Yes, we should come again, perhaps another date?" I blushed.

She certainly has her way with words. A waiter comes to us and asks us what we want, "A chai latte." Ash says "And I'll have some tea." I say. After a while the waiter brings us our orders. We drink them whilst talking.

As we were leaving the café we bumped into Oliver R: "Oliver?"
O: "What are you doing here?"
R: "I was uhm.." Rain looks at Ash "Just getting some coffee with my friend."
A: "It's nice to meet you, my name is Ash." She smiles
O: "It's nice to meet you too! I'm Oliver!"
A: "Well we have to go now, we'll see you some other time." She smiles at me and we leave.

Back at my house we watch movies. It was a lovely day. But Ash had to go, her parents need her, she hasn't told me why.. I hope it's nothing bad.. I was looking at the ceiling contemplating life, when suddenly i got a notification. It was from Oliver..
O: "Who was that you were with?"
R: "Why are you asking?"
O: "I was just curious.."
R: "Well.. It's a friend from my school.."
O: "Are you two by any chance together?"
R: "Why are you asking?"
O: "I was just curious.."
Since I had nothing else to say, I decided to close my phone. After a while i got really sleepy and really bored. And so i took a nap.. For 5 hours...

It was now 1 AM. I got a bunch of messages from my family and friends, they all thought i died..
I first decided to look at Ash's messages..
A: "Rainn, I got something you won't belive.. But I'll show you on Monday, hehe"
My mother was asking if I ate and how was the date.. How did she know about my date?..
My father was just trying to see if I was alive.. Thanks dad..
And Oliver had some deleted messages..
