The soul has many aspects to it. Whether you are religious or not does not matter. Some view it as a gift from God. Some view it as energy within you. Others view it as a dark hole inside of them that seems to draw everything in. Whatever you choose that it is inside you, it is still there. It still has many facets. It still has many corners. It still has deep hidden voices. That gut feeling you get, the sixth sense, or women's intuition as they call it, these are all parts of your soul reaching out to you. When your heart flutters, when your heart sinks, when your heart races, or the dark pit that can not be filled, people confuse the feelings from their heart when it is the soul that is speaking to you. Whether you believe or not what it is inside you makes no difference. It is still there. It is still trying to communicate with you. Whether or not you choose to listen to it or suppress it, or to believe that it is there, that is your choice. Good or bad, happy or sad, it is still there.
