When I was a little guy, I always loved going out to the cemetery in the woods and staying in a run down cabin my ma's ex husband goes to every other night. It's super fun! However, you need to be safe out there.
Personally, I always bring my flint&steel, a pocket knife, sunscreen&bugspray, and a silk bandana for water filtration.
What you need to bring for food depends on your skill set, but make sure to bring some just in case!
If you ever see a person in the woods, leave. Always. Even if you know them.
