Draco Malfoy, the spoiled little rich boy who always had something to say.
He always spit his words out of his mouth, like they were sour on his tongue.
Over the last three years, Draco put his target on my friends and I.
Draco made it clear he didn't like us, he made it clear that we were poison to him.
Draco and I hated each other, which was fine.
It was mutual.
A week ago, I had moved in with the Weasley's.
I am muggle born, and grew up in an abusive house hold.
My father had struck me across the face, giving me a split eyebrow and a black eye.
They kicked me out for good, and I found myself at the door step of the Weasley's.
I didn't know where else to go.
Molly was glad to take me in, they all were.
..."Are the boys up?" I asked Hermione.
"I woke them up 15 minutes ago, I hope so." Hermione rolled her eyes.
"You have any idea where we are going?" I asked her.
"No idea." She chuckled.
There was a soft knock at the door, before it opened slowly.
"Come on girls, let's go." Mr Weasley peaked his head in.
We followed him out the door.
Mr Weasley walked in the front of our group. Ginny and Hermione walked together, Ron and Harry walked behind them, and at the back was me.
Well, not just me, Fred and George took both sides of me.
"You both need hair cuts." I chuckled at them.
"Says you." George ruffled my hair.
"Stop it!" I swatted his hands away from me.
We met up with Cedric and his father. Cedric was new to the school this year, and his father was a long time friend of Mr Weasley.
We took a portkey to the Quidditch World cup grounds.
We put our things in the tent, before heading to the arena.
"Wow!" I gasped as we entered.
"Brilliant isn't it?" Cedric asked me with a smile.
"I've never been here before." I chuckled, taking in the new scenery.
The bright lights, and all the wizards gathering around their seats.
"How far do up do you think we are?" Ron asked his father, and we walked to find our seats.
"Well," a voice said a level below us, "if it rains... you'll be the first to know."
I looked down over the railing to see Lucius Malfoy.
I rolled my eyes.
I looked over at Hermione, and shook my head.
"Father and I, are in the ministers box. By personal invitation, from Cornelius Fudge himself." His son Draco chimed in, as he followed his fathers steps closely.
Lucius quickly turned back to Draco, and smacked his chest with his walking stick.
"Don't boast, Draco!" Lucius scolded him.
Draco rubbed his chest, and looked up.
His icey blue eyes locked with mine.
It felt like the world stopped turning around us, everything was frozen.
Time was moving in slow motion as Draco's eyes scanned my body.
Mine did the same to him.
Draco looked different from last year, older.
He had more defined facial features. Stronger jaw line, thicker eye brows, prominent cheekbones.
Draco was a few inches taller, and had wider shoulders.
He was much more muscular than last year, you could see them through his black suit.
His clothes were expensive, cost more than my life.
Draco looked so captivating, almost intriguing.
His father gripped his arm tightly at the bicep, and yanked him.
"Come on, Draco!" Lucius yelled.
Draco broke his eye sight away from mine, as his father pulled him away.
"Hello?!" Hermione snapped her fingers in front of my face.
"Huh?" I asked, shaking my head back to reality.
"I've been trying to talk to you for the last few minutes!" Hermione smacked me in the shoulder.
"Sorry, I zoned out." I laughed it off. We all continued to walk to find our seats.
"Yeah, you and Draco both did." Hermione scuffed as we all sat down.
"Coincidence, I guess." I sat down in between Cedric and Hermione.
Hermione shook her head, and turned her attention to the arena.
I don't get why she's being so cold about this, she hates Draco just as much as I do.
I just don't know why Draco seemed so... hypnotizing all of a sudden.
"What was that about?" Cedric leaned over, and whispered into my ear.
"That was Draco Malfoy, a Slytherin. Mr. Daddy's Money, silver spoon little brat. I hate him, he hates me... it's a mutual thing." I replied to Cedric's question.
"The way you too were looking, doesn't seem like you hate each other." Cedric smirked.
"Draco makes my chest burn, it's hell." I scuffed with a disgusted look on my face.
Cedric chuckled softly, and leaned in close to my ear.
"It's not hell, if you like the way it burns." Cedric whispered softly into my ear.
I swallowed hard, as I tried to digest his words.
They nearly choked me as they went down my throat.
I could feel my pulse quicken, as I thought about his words.
Cedric stood up with the rest of the arena, as the final of game of the Quidditch world cup began.
