When Luna and I arrived at my room in the Gryfindor commodore, we were completely astonished when we opened the door.

There were several packages from Mrs Weasley, my new broom, and a completely new bed.

The frame was made from dark mahogany wood.

It had small, hand carved designs over the entirety of it.

There was a large, soft mattress that sat on top, dressed in all black sheets.

"Much better, indeed." Dobby sat on the center of the bed cross legged, smiling.

"Woah." Is all I could manage to say.

I walked over to it, and instantly laid down.

Luna followed my foot steps.

"You're right, Dobby. This is soon much better." I smiled.

After a while of taking in the new mattress, I unpacked the other boxes with Luna.

We set up the small bed, and other things that Mrs Weasley had sent over from my things at her house.

"Here, some new trainers for you." I handed Dobby the small sneakers that I pulled out the final box.

"I am forever grateful, ma'am." He told me, as he put them on.

"I think you better take that new broom for a spin." Luna spoke suddenly.

"Yeah, I've never been too good at flying through." I sort of chuckled, as I looked over my new broom.

I wasn't lying.

I haven't flown in a long time.

I really only took the required flying classes, and never played quidditch.

"You might surprise yourself. Besides, I think you should bring the centaurs a gift. They like moonstone, and you bought a ton of it." She spoke again.

She was right, giving them some moon stone was the least I could do.

They did save my life after all.

Once everything was settled and put away, I took my new broom down to the court yard.

I offered Luna to come with, but she politely declined.

After all, it was getting close to dusk and the forbidden forest is no place to mess with after dark.... believe me.

I put my broom between my legs and stood there for a moment.

"Scared?" Draco spoke loudly, as he seemed to appear next to me.

I sort of jumped a bit.

"No." I chucked.

Abso-fucking-lutely I was.

"You sure? You've been standing there a while. I thought you'd be laying on brand new bed of yours by now." Draco chuckled, as he lifted off on his broom.

I hadn't realized he was even on his till now.

He flew around, and around me slowly... almost taunting me.

"I appreciate the bed, I mean... it's wonderful, thank you. But, you need to stop buying things for me. " I told him.

"I forget you've run into a bit of money," Draco joked, "but, that's not going to stop me. I like buying things. Besides, what good is money when you're dead? You might as well spend it now."

He cocked an eyebrow as he stopped next to me.

The dark golden fading light from the nearly set sun glistened across his pale skin.

It made his blue eyes illuminate.

I smiled at him, and just looked at him for a moment.

He looked so angelic.

Draco looked so beautiful.

"Where are you heading at this time of day, anyway?" He asked me, breaking my train of thought.

"The forbidden forest, I've got a gift for the centaurs." I simply told him.

Draco scrunched his eyebrows together, and gave me a confused look.

"Why so you want anything to do with those half breeds?" Draco seemed disgusted at the thought of them.

Though, I sort of expected Draco to say something like that, it still bothered me.

"They did save my life that night that Cedric passed, I owe it too them. And they are more than that, Draco. If you think of them as that, do you think of me that same way?" I asked him.

Draco's face seemed to soften a bit, as he thought.

"No, I don't think of you that way. Otherwise, I obviously wouldn't be here standing next to you." He rolled his eyes at me.

It bothered me that he wasn't really taking me seriously.

"Come on, I'll go with you then. You shouldn't be going in there alone." Draco nudged me with his elbow.

"Why, are you going to protect me?" I asked sarcastically, "oh, please. I'm probably the scariest thing out there."

Draco let out a light hearted laugh.

"I beg to differ.... there are werewolves in there... I think..." Draco seemed to trail off.

Wait... was he being serious?

Was Draco... scared of werewolves?

"Scared?" I jokingly mocked him.

Draco rolled his eyes at me.

"I'll race you." Draco lifted an eyebrow at me, before quickly taking off into the sky.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me!" I yelled, as I took off from the ground.

I learned forward, and flew as fast as I could after him.

I dodged through trees, as I got closer, and closer to him.

This broom as fucking fast.

And surprisingly much easier to handle than the schools brooms.

Maybe I wasn't bad at flying... maybe it was the broom...

I pulled up to Draco's side, and flew next to him.

"You fly like an old man!" I yelled over to him.

"Oh, please!" Draco yelled back.

We flew down into the forest when we spotted the group of centaurs near one of the larger trees in the forest.

As our feet touched the ground, the centaurs quickly surrounded us.

And each one of them had their arrows drawn in their bows, and they were pointed directly at us.
