(Len POV)
I woke up to the sound of my alarm. The song that the alarm used was a hit song of mine named 'Plus Boy'. My twin sister (writer's note: yes I'm writing them like that in this story, i know they don't have an official relationship but please don't be rude) Rin also woke up to the alarm, looking groggy due to being excited and sleepless for school the night before. We both got up anyway, not even being slow despite how tired we were. We took turns washing our faces, brushing our teeth, putting on our school clothes and went downstairs for breakfast to see our parents already awake.
Our Mama was cooking breakfast for us while our Papa was helping her get the ingredients. 'So helpful to eachother, aren't they Onii-chan?', my sister nudged me as we both sat down for breakfast. 'Yes they are, Rin-chan. I bet you want your future husband to help you like this, right?', I said with a smile. Rin blushed a little and said in a flustered voice, 'I-it's too early to think about it, but yes I do want my future partner to help me with chores~' We heard our parents chuckle at our conversation as they brought our breakfast for the first day of school, Rice omelette with hot sauce on top. 'That's our girl, you're just like a princess. You're so lucky to have us and we're lucky to have you two, you know that?', Mama said with a kind smile. Papa agreed, 'Rin-chan is a princess, but Len-kun over here is a handsome prince in our eyes~', he said while pinching my cheeks and sitting down after that.
It was time to eat, so we put our hands together. 'Itadakimasu!', we all said and started to eat. The Rice omelette was delicious, especially when I shared it with Rin-chan. 'This is delicious, Mama and Papa! Even more delicious when you two are SO helpful to eachother. I heard that you guys are the ideal parents!~', Rin-chan said with glee. Mama and Papa blushed at that, 'Oh Rin-chan, you're so aware of your surroundings. So much like your brother~', Papa said as we were given our bags and school shoes outside of the door.
'We wish you the best first day, you two!', Mama said.
Those words made our hearts skip a beat. It really WAS going to be a Doki Doki Lovely Day for us!
