Lea's POV:

Jade had already stood up to walk out of the door to go back to the apartment.

"Jade are you insane? We could literally die what if he's waiting for us there?" I said with a worried expression on my face.

Jade turned to me with an annoyed expression on her face.

"Lea do you really think a killer will stay there just to get caught?" She responded.

She was right,why would he stay there? I shook my head and we both walked towards the apartment we had been earlier today.As we arrived there we saw a lot of news reporters infront of the apartment.

"Jade,are you 100% sure this is a good idea?" I asked.

Jade nodded,we took the elevator  to the same floor where the murder happened,we could see cops leaving the apartment after they were done with the investigation.

"Ok they're finally leaving,let's go." Jade said.

We both started walking towards the apartment,I slightly pushed the door; it was open.

"Let's go inside." Jade instructed.

As I stepped inside I could see the body of the boy infront of me,I could see he got stabbed in his chest multiple times.

"Why is the body still here?" I questioned with wide eyes.

"They can't remove the body,if someone else touches it they'd be suspected." Jade answered calmly.

The apartment looked very empty,as I was looking around I noticed there was a dark hallway probably leading to a few bedrooms.

"Hey Jade,let's check out this side of the apartment." I said.

"Ok I'm coming." Jade answered.

I turned the flashlight on my phone on incase anything happens,as we were looking around the hallway I noticed one of the bedroom doors had the exact same blood prints that Jeff left behind.

"Jade,look!" I almost screamed.

Jade turned to see what I was pointing at,her eyes widened.

"Those are the exact same blood prints Jeff left behind." She said in shock.

I nodded,I gently pushed the door open aiming my flashlight at the walls. I noticed a weird symbol drawn in blood on the walls,it was a circle with an x in the middle.

"What the fuck?" I said in a fearful voice.

Jade decided to take a closer look at it,she took a few pictures and decided to search them up on Google.

"Jade let's get out of here I'm getting sick in the stomach" I said while looking at the symbol on the wall.

"No,we know how bad the cops are here so we are going to take the matter in our own hands." Jade answered.

"Jade I don't think this is a-"

"Found it!" she shrieked in an exciting voice.

I looked at her with a confused expression on my face.

"This symbol isn't just a symbol,there are a group of killers who use this symbol." She continued.

"I don't understand?" I said in a confused tone.

"It's said that it's an urban legend but the symbol is right infront of us!" She answered in an excited tone.

As I was trying to understand what Jade was saying she continued.

"You know the forest behind my house? It's said that if you want answers from the leader of this killer group you should visit the forest during midnight." Jade continued.

Was she out of her mind? I shook my head.

"Jade we're not going in the forest in the middle of the night it's too dangerous plus there's a serial killer on the loose." I  responded.

"There's a huge chance we've already met him and he didn't end our lives when he had the chance so what's the big deal?" Jade said with a smile on her face.

"Ok fine,but if we die it's your fault." I answered her with an angry expression on my face.

"Yeah sure whatever let's go!" Jade said.

We walked out of the apartment heading towards the forest,as we arrived I felt my stomach aching.

"Jade are you 100% sure that this is a good idea?" I asked her.

She nodded.

I took a deep breath in as we stepped into the forest,I've never noticed how big the forest behind Jades house was. As we were walking deeper into the forest the feeling in my stomach got worse.

"Lea look,the same exact symbol we found in the apartment." She said while pointing at a three that had a circle with an x in it,it looks like someone drew it on with chalk.

"What the fuck? That's actually really scary." I responded.

"What? Are you scared?" Jade said while laughing.

"We are in the middle of a forest investigating a murder ofcourse I'm scared." I responded with an annoyed tone.

Jade started laughing even more until we heard statics.

"Do you hear that?" Jade asked me.

I nodded,I started looking around to see if someone else was here with us. I suddenly started feeling very dizzy as I was walking further into the forest.

"Jade? I don't feel so good." I said in a very weak voice.

As I was trying to call out for Jade again the statics got louder and louder.

"J-Jade?" I said trying not the faint.

The statics felt like they were right behind me. I turned around to see what it was,before I saw anything I fainted and fell on the ground.

I slowly opened my eyes. Where am I?

"Is she awake?" I heard a male's voice say.

"I don't think so,she's not opening her eyes." I heard a cold toned male voice say.

"You guys should leave I can handle this situation on my own." I heard the same voice command.

Where am I? Where's Jade? Is Jade ok? So many questions were rushing through my head. I tried to open my eyes,as I was opening my eyes I saw two black empty eye sockets stare back.
