Addy's P.O.V
I followed them all the way to a boat yard. I saw Lucy playing around with some Zs' and she was older when I last saw her. She was playing with some matches and throwing it at the Zs' when I noticed there was gasoline all over the ground. I ran over and grabbed the matches and stomped out the ones that were still lit. "Lucy, no!"
"Addy! Look what we can do." She said as she started to play patty cake with a Z. "No, she's not my mom. She's my aunt Addy." Lucy then looked at me. "She thinks you're my mom."
"She thinks? Hey, Lucy. Is everything okay? Did The Man hurt you? Where is he? Where's Autumn?"
"I dunno where the man is but Autumn's in the car sleeping. She's been sleeping for a while." I looked around to see if I could spot the car.
"Okay, well Lucy, we have to go."
"No, I'm playing."
"Lucy. We have to leave while he's not here." Lucy continued to play
"Dammit. Lucy Serena Murphy, look at me. We have to leave immediately."
"No. I want to stay here. I like my new friends. I wanna show Autumn when she wakes up."
"Lucy."
"You go." Lucy said as the Z's started to turn towards me.
"Do not threaten me, young lady." I picked up my bat and pointed it at them. "Do you want me to pike them? Because I'll do it."
Lucy screamed at me. "Don't hurt them."
"I won't hurt them if you come with me."
"Okay." Lucy started following me as I look around for the Man's car.
"Let's go. We need to get to the Man's car and get Autumn."
"No one's going anywhere." The Man appeared in front of us.
"You let her go now, and I won't kill you." I was looking around for a way to escape and noticed the gasoline on the ground.
[growling] (Lucy) Where did you go? Addy? [growling] [growling continues] [fire roaring] Addy! (The Man) Lucy.
[growling] Addy! Lucy? Lucy.
Don't eat garbage off the ground.
[growling] Addy!

Autumn's P.O.V
I woke up to gunshots from a distance. I turned to look in the back and noticed that The Man and Lucy were gone. I tried to get out of my zip ties and kept pulling till my wrists started to bleed but was still trapped. I looked out the window and I saw Addy and Lucy in the distance with the Man in front of them. I needed to create a distraction to help Addy and Lucy run and have a chance. I looked at the car horn and knew it would easily distract the man for a second. I was able to put my legs up on the seat and started to stretch my leg as far as I can to the steering wheel. I was just about to the steering wheel so I pulled against my zip ties even more. I got my foot on the wheel and pushed down as hard as I could with the horn going off. I saw the Man look towards the car as Addy dropped a match on the ground, starting a fire. I saw Addy and Lucy starting to run and I continued to kick the horn. The Man looked towards me and ran off after Lucy and Addy. I start working on my zipties, rubbing them against the door. With all the blood coming from me pulling at the zip ties, I was able to slide my hand through. Once my arm was free, I worked on getting my other wrist out. Once I was out, I opened the door and saw Lucy running around with the Man on the dock with Addy.
"Lucy! Lucy!" I yelled quietly trying to get her attention.
"Hi Autumn! You're finally awake! Look at my new friend." Lucy was messing with the Z. Lucy bit on its arm and looked back at me. "Isn't it cool, he says he likes you."
"Very sweet Lucy but I need you to get in the car with me so we can get Addy." Lucy smiled and skipped towards me.
I got Lucy in the car and buckled her before heading to the front seat. I noticed that the keys were missing, likely with the Man. I started to pull the wires out and tried to remember how 10k showed me. I was able to get the wires exposed and started tapping them together. THe car started making noises and I held them against each other a little longer getting the car to start. I twist the wires together and looked back up. "Alright Lucy, lets get out of here." I went to shift the car in reverse when a hand went through the window and grabbed my throat.
"Where do you think you're going." I started to hit his hands trying to breathe. I saw more Z's around and started hitting the horn again making it constantly go off. The man held my throat tighter and opened the door, switching his hands on my neck.
"What's going on?" Lucy asked from the backseat. I was starting to see black spots when the man let go. Before I even catch my breath, the Man grabbed my hair on the back of my head and slammed it against the wheel. I saw black spots and went to try and put the car into gear. He took my head and slammed it against the wheel again. I started to fade out and heard the Man telling Lucy everything is going to be fine.
