In this story, Diluc and Y/n are very, very close friends and although they may seem that they are doing things like a couple would do, that's just how they treat each other because of them being really close.
Also they don't like each other at all, in that way, because they don't want to ruin the relationship they already have with one another.

"Ahhh, fuckkk these cramps hurtt~" I was currently lying in bed, hot water bottle pressed against my stomach and a cup of hot cocoa on the bedside table. "Why do they hurt so much? They're never this bad, and I have no fucking painkillers so that's just great."

Not long after, I heard a knock on the door. Great. Now I have to get up.

I slowly sat up in my bed, wrapping my duvet around me whilst still holding the hot water bottle. Waddling across the floor, I put on my fluffy slippers and went to the door. When I unlocked and opened it, I was a little surprised.

"Y/n? Are you okay? I heard crying and groaning from your room and I came to see if you were okay." Diluc was standing outside my room, a face of concern plastered on it. "No I'm not okay. I feel like I'm being stabbed in the stomach and hit with a frying pan hard on the head." From that description, it looked like Diluc understood what was going on.

"Ah, it seems like you are on that time of the month again. Go back to bed and rest, I'll be back in a few minutes." I did as he said and waddled back to my bed, flopping onto it.

After about 30 minutes had past, there was another knock on the door. I didn't want to get up again, so I shouted "You can come in!" Just as I thought, it was Diluc, however he had a bag in his hand and a mug in the other.

"While I was gone, I went to Mondstadt city and bought a few things for you, like chocolate, some (f/f), medicine, a teddy, pads and a refill of hot chocolate that Adelinde made for you." He slowly strode to my bedside table and placed the bag and mug on it.

Diluc turned around to leave but, I grabbed the bottom of his jacket, making him stop. "Erm...could you stay for a bit? I don't want to be lonely.." I looked down to the floor, still clutching on his jacket. Without a second thought, Diluc took off his shoes and jacket, placing it over a chair and lay beside me on the bed.

He placed his hand on my stomach, using his vision to heat it up, making it like a heat pad. "Thank you..." I mumbled, hugging Diluc. "No problem,    Y/n." He wrapped his other arm around my shoulders, pulling me in more, whilst I clung onto his side.

I could feel myself slowly drifting off to sleep as my eyelids felt heavier by the second. Diluc noticed this and carefully got up and went out the room. He then came back in a change on clothes, a baggy top and shorts, and climbed back into bed, hugging me once again.

The sound of the cockerel was heard from outside the winery, causing me to wake up. However, when I sat up in my bed, Diluc wasn't there anymore. "Ughm~ where did he go?" I groaned and slid down the bed, hiding under the blanket, looking like a caterpillar.

"Knock knock. May I come in?" A rather raspy voice called from outside the room. "Hm? Yeah you can." I reply, still hiding under the covers.

The sound of the lock was heard and the door opened, revealing a tall, red-haired man with a tray with a bowl, plate and a glass. "Morning, the maids had made you some breakfast in which I offered to give to you." Diluc walked over and put the tray on my bedside table, sitting on the edge of the bed afterwards.

"Aww you're the best. Thank you." I shuffled to the edge of the bed and gave him a big hug, in which he obviously returned back. "Of course, anything for my best friend." I smile at those words, replying with, "And the same goes to you, my friend." I let go of him and leaned back onto the backboard, quietly sighing.

"How are the cramps? Are they getting better, or do they feel like you're being stabbed?" Diluc mumbled, loud enough for me to hear. "Well they aren't as bad as they were yesterday, but they still hurt like a bitch."

After saying that, Diluc slid his arms under my back and legs, lifting me up and little and shifting me more onto the bed, with him then lying next to me, arm around my shoulder and a kiss on the head.

"I'll stay with you all day if you'd like? Apart from when either of us need the toilet of course." He whispered in my ear, his voice still a little raspy. "Yes please, Diluc." I reply, clutching on his side.

"Anytime. Now eat your porridge or it will get cold. Adelinde put apple slices and syrup on it so it tastes better." He gave me a bowl and spoon, placing it on my duvet-covered legs.

"Thank you, Diluc."

"You're welcome, Y/n.."
