"Albedo! Albedo! Look what I found near Starfell Lake!" Klee ran up to the camp in Dragonspine, where it seemed Albedo was testing some new chemicals.
The ash blond boy heard the little girl and turned around, walking up to her. "What did you find Klee? It's not another dead fish is it?" Albedo crouched down to her height and patted her head. "No, no it's not another dead fish! It's a red calla lily! I've only seen white ones before and this is a really pretty flower!"
She bubbly jumped up and down on the spot in excitement. "Careful Klee, you'll damage the flower's stem... give it here, I'll put it in a glass vile with water to perk it up a little."
Klee handed the calla lily to Albedo, who then grabbed a vile, pouring some water and popping the flower inside, and within a matter of minutes, it perked up instantly. "Albedo, look! It's head rose up!" She tugged on the hem of his jacket, causing his attention to change to the peculiar specimen.
"Yes yes, I can see Klee. Could you pass me those tweezers and a conical flask please? I would like to test something."
"Yes sir, hehehehehehe" Klee giggled walking off to collect the items Albedo wanted.
After a couple of minutes, Klee came back with a pair of metal tweezers and a glass conical flask. "Here you go Albedo!" She said, handing him the stuff.
"Thank you Klee." He replied, taking the things off her, smiling softly.
He carefully took the calla lily out the vile and pulled a petal off the stem with the tweezers. Then he placed the petal into the vile, pouring some sort of liquid inside the vile aswell.
"Albedo? What is that liquid you're putting in with the petal?" Klee asked with curiosity.
"This, Klee, is called carbon sulfur dioxide. It will help us see if there will be a colour change in the petal. It acts like a sort of bleach." He replied, placing the vile into a rack.

After a few hours, Albedo and Klee came back from Starsnatch cliff to the camp in Dragonspine to see if anything happened to the petal. What Albedo mentioned to Klee about the dioxide acting as a bleach was true, as the petal of the calla lily went from red to a faint pink colour.
"Mister Albedo, look! The petal changed colour like you said!" Klee began jumping around in excitement.
"Yes, indeed it has. Could you get me a beaker, warm water and tweezers? I would like to show you something very cool." She did as she was told and ran off yet again to get the requested supplies.
Once she came back, Albedo took the equipment off her and prepared it. He poured some of the warm water into the beaker and then grabbed the rack with the vile in.
"Now, Klee. Watch carefully on what I'm about to do. You don't want to miss something like this."
She nodded in reply and stared intently at his actions.
He then grabbed the tweezers and took the petal out of the carbon sulfur dioxide and put it into the beaker. Almost instantly, the petal began to change back to its original colour of a dark, rich red.
"Wow Albedo! That was so cool!!" Klee squealed.
"Indeed it was." After that, the both of them cleared all the equipment away and took some art supplies out with them, heading back to Starsnatch cliff.
There, they set up the easel and paint pots, then Klee began to run around in the wind, while Albedo began to paint the view.
Nothing felt as good as this moment right now.
