Laxus x Reader: The Challenges

Chapter 1: How It All Began

It was a normal day at the guild... At least that's what you thought.

You were sitting alone at a table at the right back corner of the Fairy Tail guild, sketching about a nightmare you had last night. (Yes, you have this weird thing where you draw all the dreams that you have. But the added side bonus of the weirdness is you're a pretty good artist now.) Then suddenly you get grabbed from behind, causing you to squeal in shock and drop your pencil. But mid squeal the unknown person starts to drag you across the floor by the collar of your shirt. Outraged and frightened you whip up your head to see who it is that grabbed and is currently dragging you across the floor, and your mind completely blanks. The person, dragging you across the floor, you can not believe who it is...... IT IS LAXUS, YOUR CRUSH.  

Now your mind is racing a mile a minute, asking questions. theorizing, excusinsing... And one question sticks. 'Where is he dragging you to and why?'

You decided to ask the question your mind couldn't answer for you, screaming:

"Laxus why the hell are you dragging me across the floor?! And where are you taking me?!"

He then replies in a calm monotonous voice:

"Erza told me to take you to Lucy's house. Which is where everyone else is and she told me to bring you no matter how much you try to run away."

At his response you start to think why does Erza want you at Lucy's and why does she think that you would try to get away... 'Crap. NO. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING TO ME. God make this a sick joke that Laxus is playing on me.' And as he continues to drag you across the ground you realize that this is not some sick joke this is really happening. You couldn't let this happen, you have to stop this. You are so shy you can't do this, your like the shiest person on earth, you just can not do this.

You look up at Laxus who hasn't stopped dragging you, and say:

"Laxus you know I can walk right? I mean on my own? Anyways this is starting to hurt, so let me go. Now."

He looks down at you and replies, "If you try to run away you are going to get it. Understood?" You nod your head, meanwhile thinking, 'Yes, he fell for it.' But, because of the stern voice that he just used you're scared now, still this doesn't dissuade you from your plan to escape. Laxus, believing you, pulls you up so that you are now standing on your own two feet.

You start to walk along side Laxus and when he glanced away from you, you quickly start running in the other direction-back to where your things are. But, you didn't make it even five feet away before Laxus grabs you and throws you over his shoulder, in a fireman carry, as he is a annoyed, stern and slightly amused voice says:

"Baka, I told you not to try and run. And you nodded that you understand. I'm going to have to punish you later, we're late."

He carried you in the fireman carry until you got into Lucy's apartment where everyone is waiting for you and Laxus.
