Ellie was finally able to attend Rhein's movie premiere. She was so enthralled by it that she didn't get enough sleep.
As she entered the venue, the staff directed her to the cinema. However, she was taken aback when she realized she was the only person in the cinema while the staff directed her to her seat. She wanted to ask the staff, but they all left right away.
Rhein was also nowhere to be found. She wanted to cry because she felt like she was being played on.
Why was she alone? And where's Rhein?
When she finally sat, the screen began to play. Instead of the movie that Rhein directed, it was a collection of videos of her that Rhein obviously filmed.
The video is a compilation of her fangirling over celebrities on the set, her enjoying the duck fashion show, them finding the mini ducks scattered throughout Rhein's condo, and various videos of her enjoying their dates.
Ellie started crying. She had no idea she was capable of such a smile. That she was matured and elegant in Rhein's point of view. The video was beautifully made, she could hear her laugher and Rhein's monologue. More importantly, she could feel his love towards her.
At the end of the video, Rhein asked a question.
"Seanna, can I be your boyfriend?"
The tears she had been holding back began to flow down her cheeks. Before she left for Paris, they discussed the state of their relationship, so she knew their relationship would be official sooner or later. Yet she couldn't help her heart to skip a beat and feel happy.
Rhein finally emerged, holding a bouquet of crochet sunflowers, trailed by her favorite ducks: King Bob, Stuart, and Kevin, all dressed in outfits she designed for them.
"Can I be your boyfriend, Seanna?" Rhein repeats his question with a wide smile on his face.
Ellie nodded and says, "Yes."
Rhein immediately hugged her and kissed her on the forehead several times.
"Nakakainis ka naman, akala ko pinaprank na ako ng mga staff" she grumbled. Rhein simply chuckled and kissed her on the forehead again.
"I love you."
"Sa forehead lang?"
Rhein kissed her on the cheeks.
"Nang-aasar ka ba?" Ellie complained again. "Yung french kiss ko," she whispered.
Rhein laughed once more before kissing her on the lips. Her ducks, however, interrupted their kissing session.
"I guess we can save the french kiss for later," Rhein chuckled. Ellie just stomp her feet and hug her ducks.
Rhein felt that he would not grow tired of seeing this sight.
