Maybe it's because she hasn't seen or spoken to him for a long time that her heart is racing faster than usual. She couldn't put her finger on what she felt when she saw him looking at her. His smiles tickled her heart, making her giddy.
She felt the world comes to a halt, as if they were the only people on the planet.
Even the way he spoke felt slow. He was speaking, but she didn't understand a word he said. She had the impression that all of the romance movies she had watched were coming to life.
That's why she ran away without saying anything.
What was it? Why does she feel this way? It wasn't because of love, isn't it? Everything was unfamiliar to her. Wasn't it just a casual crush? How did she get this different feeling? And why did she flee?
Her emotions were all jumbled. Chaotic even. Their connection had already been severed; he should not return. Why did fate have to mess with her feelings?
Although, she was the one who annoyed him almost every day, he was the one who stopped talking to her. Yet why was he acting as if nothing had happened?
