"tera phone kyu nahi lag raha tha?" Aarohi asked Aadi, sitting comfortably in her seat.
"Lagne ke layak hi nahi raha phone" Aadi said with a humourless chuckle taking out his phone from his pocket.
"Ye... isko kya hua?" Aarohi asked with wide eyes watching his phone whose screen was totally broken.
"Tum ye broken phone use karte ho?" Ranbir asked eyeing Aadi up and down causing him to frown.
"Mera phone bilkul theek tha! But India aate hi bechara neeche gir ke toot gaya!" Aadi said sniffing, jutting his lower lip out in a pout showing that he is sad causing ranbir to raise his brows in amusement.
"Aur jab kittu call kar rahi thi tab pehle to phone receive hi nahi ho raha tha! Pata nahi iski screen ko kya ho gaya tha! Aur jab receive ho gaya to main bol-bol ke thak gaya par meri aavaaz hi kittu tak nahi pahunchi! Aur upar se ye dhamkiyaan de rahi thi ki mujhe chodegi nahi!!" Aadi said sniffing pretending to cry again amusing everyone.
"Dramebaaz kahin ka!" Ranbir muttered inaudibly.
Suddenly, Kritika came fidgeting with the chocolate in her hands and sat in the empty space between Aadi and Sam but Sam stood up and pulled aadi away from Kritika holding him from his arm nearly dislocating it in the process 😂
"Aah! Kya kar raha hai!" Aadi winced in pain.
Sam sat in between Kritika and Aadi causing Aarohi shake her head at his possessive brotherly nature knowing very well that Sam is thinking about that 'Sasurji incident'. 😂
Everyone watched him in amusement.
Kritika was still busy in her chocolate, not ready to give her attention to anyone else.
"Jab chocolate uske saamne hoti hai to use aur kuch nazar hi nahi aata!" Aarohi said laughing softly refering to Kritika sensing everyone's amused stare at her causing Ranbir to look at her surprised and he glanced at Kritika who was trying really hard to tear the wrapper but was unsuccessful.
Watching her, Sam gently took the chocolate from her hand and teared the wrapper before giving it to her who happily accepted it with an excited wide grin as well as those excited honey brown eyes and started eating it.
"Mujhe nahi pata tha ki di ko chocolates itni pasand hain!" Jia said eyeing kritika.
'socha to maine bhi nahi tha' Ranbir thought smiling at his love.
"Iski saari harkatain FD wali hi hain!"
Aasi said causing Ranbir to ask confusedly "it means kritika ke dad bhi chocolate khate hain?"
"Khaate hain? Vo bhi kittu ki tarah hi chocolates ke Bina reh hi nahi sakte!" Aadi said and Ranbir was stunned like everyone else except Aarohi "aur pata hai, is kittu ka chocolates ka stock kabhi khatam nahi hota! Aur jab bhi iski chocolates kam hone lagti hain to fir se iske saamne chocolates ke dher laga diye jaate hain! Tabhi to ye spoilt child hai! Aur chocolates to iski weakness hai!" Aadi said widening his eyes for dramatic effect. 😂
"Ye bohot honest lawyer hai jisko kabhi bribe nahi kiya ja sakta!" Aarohi said causing Ranbir's heart to swell with pride "par agar rishwat main chocolates hon to kuch kaha nahi jaa sakta!" Aarohi said shaking her head.
"What?" Ranbir asked chuckling a bit.
"Dekh rahe ho usko" Aadi said pointing towards kritika "aas-paas ki kisi cheez, kisi baat par dhyaan de rahi hai vo? Nahi na! madam ka poora attention apni chocolate par hai! Unmain itna gum ho jaati hai ki isko kisi cheez ki khabar nahi rehti!" Aadi said chuckling.
