Suddenly, enforcers burst through the door, causing me to jump a bit.

"come with us," They say.

I scoff. I'm a bit annoyed.

"not like I can" I open my arms to show emphasis on what I'm trying to say.

They look at each other then run to either side of my bed. They help me get up off the bed and lead me to the door where Saphora was waiting. He was fully decked out in iron armor. There were swords strapped to their back in an "X" shape. He had axes and daggers on his belt. By the looks of it, this invasion was serious.

"I know you're mad at me, but we need to get you to a safe place.."

"I can fight!" I say, stubbornly. I loved fighting, I always trained when I was bored.

Saphora looked at me.

"no. no you can't." Then they signaled the guards to bring me to the bunker.

"SAPHORA! NO! YOU CAN'T-" The guard slapped his hand on my mouth to shut me up.

Saphora forced a smile and ran out, axe in hand. It hurt to walk, but the enforcers helped me walk. They threw me down aggressively and locked the door behind them. Ignoring my screams.

"NO! I HAVE TO FIGHT! SAPHORA'S GONNA-" Genuine worry sets in.

"Saphora's gonna die.." My heart beats faster and my eyes fill up with tears. I force myself up and walk to the door.

"LET ME OUT! I NEED TO FIGHT! HELP!" I scream. No use. The doors are soundproof.

I start to cry. If I don't get out soon, Saphora will die. I winced at the thought.

The world around me morphed into the battlefield. Spears piercing the ground. Bodies scattered around. All of their faces were scribbled out. It was as if I was in a drawing, and it was being drawn. All the anonymous bodies were around me, but right in front of me was Saphora. Dead. I came back to reality. I needed to get out of there.

I gather my strength. Just one burst of strength can cause a chain reaction, I can get out of here, use the same strength to fight, then to heal. Once I finally do so, the worry turns into energy. My wings spread and my eyes glow a white aura. Power flows through my veins.

I find myself waltzing through the battlefield. Obsessed with the feeling, I fight through the high.

A familiar voice talks to me.

I smirk. Finally.
