After school was finished, I headed home with Ash. I usually drive just because she's a TERRIBLE (sorry ash) driver. But today, I let her drive mainly because I can't drive when I'm angry. This time it's about Ash and Jake (also Mrs. Jackson but I don't want to think about her). When Ash left to buy lunch after second period, I talked to Jake about her.
"YOU think I like Ash?!" He exclaimed. "Ha! Are you feeling okay?"
"Stop worrying about me! And yes, I'm fine." I told him. "I don't THINK you like Ash. I know! It's so obvious! I mean, you're almost always staring at her and you don't even like me so why would you hang out with us? Ash! The answer is Ashley Napa Hale!
"Okay, okay," he admitted. "You might be right but I don't think she even thinks of me that way."
"Would you like me to ask her?" I asked.
"No, no," he said hesitantly. "I don't want her to find out."
"Ok, but if you need anything, I'm her for you," I reassured him.
"Thank you," he said while staring at Ashley as she came back.
