J: I'd rather pay and have my dignity back

H: Our new favourite summer activity!

3. Go camping ✓

J: 2/10 experience, would never do it again. Only went for the s'mores
H: James doesn't like bugs all that much

4. Watch the fireworks ✓

H: Almost fell off my roof!
J: I caught her before she had the chance to, she's being dramatic.

5. Have a picnic ✓ ✓ ✓

H: I'm sure we would've gone again, if a dog didn't piss on our cookies in the park.

6. Drive-in-movie ✓

J: Of all the movies in the world, we went to watch freaking Marley & Me.
H: James cried like a baby. 10/10.

8. Go paint ball shooting ✕

J: Harps pussied out, but insisted we watched 10 things I hate about you so she could still have the experience.
H: Kat Stratford is way braver than I am, okay?

9. Go to the beach ✓

H: Learnt how to surf :)
J: Little H is a terrible surfer
H: okay fine. But James is scared of crabs!

10. Teach Harper how to play Football! ✓

H: NFL here I come
J: ...

11. Teach James how to bake (without burning it!) ✓

J: I made the best chocolate cake ever.
H: he also insisted we binged 'The Great British Bake Off' while baking

12. Go to a fun fair ✓

H: James made me hold his hand on the Ferris wheel, such a baby.
J: I was shooting my shot ;)

13. Play mini-golf ✓

J: Harps has terrible aim.
H: the golf course was super cute though

14. Go to an aquarium ✓

J: I think I've unlocked a new fear of fish
H: James screamed when a pufferfish swam up to the glass beside him
