You got out of bed and Vance fell back asleep, you got ready for the interview, then you woke up Vance because he said he wanted to go with you.
"Babe, we gotta go the the diner for my interview, you still wanna come?" You ask
"Yeah" he says while sitting up with his eyes half shut and some of his hair sticking up
He gets the rest of his clothes on and drives you to your interview, you both walk in barely holding hands, just by the fingers, Vance spots a pinball machine
"Hey babe, do you mind if I go play a few games while you have your interview?" He asks
"Yeah sure" you say
"Are you super sure, will you be alright?" He asks
"Go play I'll be fine, love you" you say
"Love you too babe" he says while walking away but holding your hand in the air while walking away, he walks off and puts in a penny into the machine.
You walk over to the counter
"Hey, excuse me, I'm here for the interview" you shout to one of the workers
They lead you to a room and you got asked a lot if questions, but
YOU GOT THE JOB
yay you got the job, your first shift is on Thursday (it's Monday)
You walk out of the interview room and surprisingly Vance is still there playing pinball
"BABE, V, I GOT THE JOB" you say while grabbing his hands and jumping up and down
"NO WAYYY BABEEEE" he says and starts jumping with you
"Excuse me, miss Arellano, here are your work clothes" a lady says behind you
You turn around to see her holding some clothes
"Thank you!" You say
"No problem, I'm Ashley by the way, I'll be your new work friend!" She says
"Y/n, nice to meet you Ashley" you say
She smiles and walks off, you and Vance walk to his car, he drives you home and you both say bye, you go inside and eat dinner and go upstairs to get into pj's
