TIBIN POV, AFTERR SCHOOL
i got into nancy's car. "so what do you wanna do?" she said as she asked as she turned the car on. "wanna go see a movie when im done with work?" i suggested. "yea sure!" she started the car and drove to family video. Before i got out the car i looked at her. "Do you wanna come in with me?" i asked. "Yea sure, let me park the car though" i nodded and left. i walked in family video and saw steve was already there. "Hey steve!" i greeted him while smiling. "Hey rob" he said before going back to stacking tapes.

Steve walked to the counter and stood next to me. "Isn't Nancy gonna come in?" he asked. "She said she was gonna park the car" i said, reading some magazine. "Then why is she outside talking to Jonathan??" he pointed out the window and i threw the magazine and started walking outside. "Wait robin- damnit now i have to deal with the customers.." i heard steve say.
when i left the store i saw Jonathan getting closer to Nancy and Nancy backing up. i scoffed and walked towards him. he tried to lean in for a kiss before i pulled him back. "Back up you creep" i say rolling my eyes. He looked at me like i killed his grandmother. i turn to face Nancy. "Is he bothering you?" i ask with a smirk on my face. She giggles. "Yea, i think you should exterminate him." she replies. i turn back to look at Jonathan "follow me so we can talk in private." i say while walking away. he scoffs but follows me anyways.
"What do you want??" he growled. "I want you to stop going after my fucking girlfri-" i paused before i kept going after realizing we never made things official. I mean sure we both like each other and made out but i never asked her if she wanted to be my girlfriend. Jonathan started laughing and shook his head. "You cant even call her your girlfriend. so why would i listen to you?" he questioned. i just stood there. he was actually right for once. "Because i fucking said so" i said proudly. he looked taken aback by what i said and like he didn't know what to say. i must've been right because he just walked away. i walked back to Nancy and decided to ask her the big question, she wasn't gonna say no right?
"Nancy?" "yea?" i paused for a second not knowing what to say so i decided to just keep it simple and short. "Do you uh..wanna be my girlfriend?" i asked. she started smiling and hugged me. i hugged her back confused. "Of course i wanna be your girlfriend!" i smiled and we stood there hugging until steve came outside. "Alright love birds pack it up, one of you still has work!" me and Nancy pulled away and laughed a little
