'Me and the gang had been stuck in the human realm for months now, so naturally our apperances have changed ever since the day of unity. where eda had "died'"... and where king.. no. no. forget about it!'

" Luz! " Amity snapped me out of my thoughts. making my eyes wide in suprise. "AH-! oh. sorry amity." i said, trying to rub off what just happened.
"Luz, whats wrong? whats bothering you?" amity asks clearly worried.
"i- nothing! haha. just thinking.."
i knew amity was NOT buying it at all.
"whattt..? im telling the truth!" i say, a bit of anger in my voice. "uh huh." amity says, i clearly knew she just let it slip by, thank god.
a few hours slipped by, the last time me and amity talked, was about hours ago. and i missed her, bad.
i lay on my bed, in my pj's. my eyes heavy, boredom taking over my whole body, making me numb.
a ray of light started to show, i looked where it came from, and saw amity opening the door.
"Can i come in?" she says quietly. "i mean, you're already in so, sure." she giggled at my remark, as she laid on the bed next to me.
Amity stared at something at my face for a moment, looking at me as if i was crazy.
"what?" "your, hair." she responed. "what about it?" "Its.curly." her voice, slightly monotone. "oh, yeah. my hair was originally curly, just wanted to straighte-"
i was cut off by amity pulling off my red beanie, with the bi pin of course, that i wear when i sleep, the red shade of it reminded me of eda. amity had started to play with my hair, ruffling it. making it messier than before.
giggles come out of my throat, as i smile, her doing the same.
the whole rest of the night was amity ruffling my hair, before we eventually fell asleep.
