'The Otherside, pt.2'

The sun crept into the windows of luz's room, gus, who was the closest to the windows immediately gets up, and groans.
"ughhh, the human realm sun is so bright."
gus leaves quietly leaves the room, in hopes to find breakfast downstairs.

Camilia was preparing breakfast, the smell of...chicken? roasted chicken i guess?

camilia was suprised to see gus, the youngest one already up.

"ay, mijo why are you up so early?" camilia says, as she placed down the roasted chicken with rice on the table, covering it up with plastic.

"the sun was really bright, it reallyyy bothered me." gus yawns.

"ay, okay. mijo you can now wake up the others, tell them breakfast is ready, and that i already left for work, okay?"gus nods as a reply, camilia grabs her purse, and leaves the house.

he goes back upstairs to wake the others.

" guys, breakfast is ready." gus raised his voice.

hunter and willow was waked by the sudden noise.

"coming." hunter gets up, and helps willow get up. "you good captain?" hunter pulls up willow.

"im good, thanks hunter." willow smiles.

hunter turns to amity and luz, "hey, are you two coming or not?"

amity's ears perked up, "no thanks, luz is going through a mental breakdown." amity hugged luz tighter.

"understandable." hunter leaves the room, following willoq and gus, who left a minute ago.

[a few minutes later.]

luz wakes up, due to sudden movements from amity. "sweet potato..?" luz yawns, her faced looked tired, as if she didnt sleep at all.

"yes, mi amor?" amity turns to luz. "wheres the others.?" luz gets up and fixes her hair.

"their downstairs, having breakfast." amity got up too.

luz hugs amity, and just kissed her on the cheek. "good morning." luz was still half asleep.

amity just giggles. "good morning, amor."

the two head downstairs, luz, at this point was sleep walking, her eyes was shut closed, while her head was laying on amity's shoulders.

willow sees the two, and waves. "hey guys! good morning" willow smiles.

hunter and gus just waved, as their mouths was filled with food.

"hey willow." amitu smiled, and waved back, luz said nothing.

everyone ate breakfast, and after, they did their own thing.

but, as soon as luz turns on the tv, everyone's attention turned to the living room.

"woah! theres humans inside the tv!" gus says, as he sits down on the ground.

"theyre not in the tv, its pre-recorded. they just show the footage that they recorded on the tv." luz yawned.

the gang was confused, and looks at luz with the what-the-hell-did-you-just-say? look.

"nevermind, just think of it as whatever you want." gets up, and goes to the kitchen, and checks whats inside the fridge.

"pancakes should do." luz grabbed 10 frozen pancakes, and placed them on the table, then grabbing a pan and heating up the stove, she places a piece of butter first, then the frozen pancakes in the pan. she cooked them until it was a nice golden brown, and brings them over to the gang, of course maple syrup to go along with it.

the gang was curious on what was the pancakes. "is that bread??" gus examined the pancakes, "wait, thats one of the iconic human foods! wait wait, thats pancakes! right? " gus's eyes sparkle.

"yep!" luz smiles, her iconic luz smile. the gang ate the pancakes. "its actually good-" hunter smiles. "i agree with you, for once." amity held luz tight, as luz was on her lap, scrolling through her phone.

the gang had a lot of fun together, especially when they spend the whole day together. and also with vee! [woops forgot they existed until know.💀]

gus, willow, hunter and vee were downstairs, watching peppa pig. [cmon they'd be amused by it.]

the two lovebirds were upstairs, luz was STILL on amity's lap, though this time luz was facing amity, the two had their face close, ending up in a kiss, though one wasnt enough for luz, she kissed amity one more time, and giggled. amity blushed like a tomato again, flustered by luz's actions.
