When He Finds Out

Amy's POV: When we  finished the  kiss I was a wet mess. He was drenched too,  his  fur messy, and wet. I was blushing at  are actions.

 "Sh-Shadow....I-I need to go inside..." I  said burying my  face in his  chest. He had his nose in the  crease of my neck, inhaling my scent. "Why don't you stay with me princess...." he said holding me  very close.

 I flushed  more. "B-Because,  my parents will be w-worried...."  I said, I hated lying to him, but I didn't need my father hurting me  badly, or possably  hurt him, or kill him. He let my skinny  body go. 

 He looked down at me. I looked at my  feet, hiding my  face from  the redness. "S-So ill see you l-later...." I said. I   walked into my  house.

 When I walked inside, the lights were off. I stiffened  when I heard  the  sound of  knife blade sliding on a counter. "Why are you late...." a  tone so deep, and  dreadful,  yet familier said. Dad, oh god, please not another  beating.

 I was suddenly  pushed to the  wall, I  yelped loudly. "Answer me!" he yelled, he had the blade in his   hand. "I-I was w-with a  f-friend...." I said, I shivered,  fear in  my  eyes, I wanted to be  back in shadows arms, I wanted his  safeness, I wanted his love and caring that no one has ever given me.

 Then it  came, That  cold  blade hit my soft thigh. I was  about to  scream out in  pain, but my  dad  covered my  mouth, not wanting any unwanted attention.

He pulled out the knife, my  thigh bleeding. He  broke a  glass bottle and hit it across my   face, a glint of amusment in his eyes.

 I  fell to the floor, a  deep cut on my forehead. I was shivering, scared, I was pinned down, that's when he had his hands around my  neck, choking me.

 I claw at his  hands, but they wouldn't  budge, I felt  darkness consume me a  bit,  till I  saw  Shadows Werehog form  crash threw my  window.

 Shadows eyes looked around till they  saw my  dad and  I. His  glowing eyes were a dangerous red, his  pupils small. He  tackled my  father off me.

 I took in a  breath of  air, I looked over at the  wrong moment, only to  hear a gun shot, and a howl of pure pain, I covered my  mouth, my  Shadow, layed on his side, his own blood puddle forming under  him.

"Shadow!!!" I screamed. I   crawled over, turning him on his back, resting his  big  furry head on my lap. "Sh-Shadow...?! L-Look at me!" I  whisper yelled.

His eyes were  half open, though they were shutting on me. "Sha-Shadow, don't do this to me, I cant  live with out you..."

I  cried, waterfalls of  tears streaming down my  face, I was hicuping. He put a  soft hand on my  cheek, pulling me  down, kissing me so soft, and so lovingly, till I felt his warm  large hand slip away and his lips move away, his eyes shut slowly on me.

I shook him so much, shaking with fear, and agony. "Shadow....n-no...." I whispered. I  rested my forehead on his, crying...He was....gone............
