~ Shadows POV ~

I rushed myself through the thick bushes, through the mountains, and over rivers.

"Dam you Maria, I will never listen to her mouth again! I don't smell anything coming from this fucking forest!" Running, I continued to look anyways. It was that ache again in my stomach that just wouldn't leave me alone. Ever since I got the tuff of bloody pink fur and the smell locked in my memories I couldn't seem to give up.

I stopped at a lake side and looked around, my nose twitching and my giant ears flickering. My eyes scanned around, not a thing in sight at all, it was like nothing was there. "What's that?" I muttered as I looked across the lake to a dark black pack. I ran on all fours and raced over to it. I picked it up and the water bottles inside crinkled lightly.

I looked and pulled it to my face, inhaling softly and shutting my eyes as my chest purred.

I opened my eyes and pulled off a small pink hair. "Who ever you are, Amy I will get to you. These emotions are playing hard in my mind and I cant get them out of my head. If your hurt then I will make sure your wounds heal." I felt tears slide out and I gripped the bag.

Looking around I got a better sniff of her scent from her bag, and suddenly the scent was much stronger then it was before. It was so beautiful but it was mixed with a coppery smell of blood that made me feel a little blood thirsty. "Amy." I shook my head getting rid of the murderous thoughts.

"No, no stop it!" I smacked my head and shook it before gripping the bag getting one more whiff of the cooling air. "Hmm," I set it down and tore it open and shook the contents out. ",bottles, junk, wrappers. Wait, what's this?" The glint of a golden heart shape necklace shove right into my head and it caused me to grimace at the head ache.

Carefully, I opened it.

'She's so beautiful.' I thought. I looked at the girls pink bubble gum hair and her dazzling green eyes that seemed so bright. But ever so lightly I hated the caked make up on her face. "Why does it bug me so much." I rubbed my head and I looked hard finding soft light faded in cuts on her arms and I let my chest rumble softly. "Poor woman, so she must be the one I'm looking for then huh?"

I ran my claw over the small sheet of glass covering the inside of the lockets picture and my eyes went soft. "So, you waited did you? How long did this girl wait for me, and why?" I shut my eyes and stood up. "I'll just get answers from her." I breathed. My red eyes glistened in the dark moon lit sky that poured from the trees creases.

Slowly, I got on all fours and started to sniff out her smell. God dam it smelt so GOOD! I drooled a bit and I found myself sprinting over the forests meadow. "This girl, this girl is making my chest beat abnormally, she's making me so primal and at the same time worried." I whimpered softly and stood up right on the high rock in the meadows long grass. "Amelia!" I decided to call out.

No response.

"Amelia Lynn Rose, I know your out there! I can smell you, come out right now! Don't make me find you or there will be dire consequences!

I got NOTHING.

Infuriated I leapt off the rock, ran on my two feet with my claws tearing up any grass and dirt on the ground as my ears fixated on rasping breaths for air. "HAULT!" I barked seeing the figure in the dark light, fumbling as it stumbled and then fell out of my sight down the slick hill slide. I heard its grunts and gasps as it must of rolled down.

I easily leaped off and flew down with the gravity and I even heard its coughs go behind me as I flew over it and landed on a slanted tree that groaned at my weight. "I said STOP!" I growled harshly as it gripped onto one of the tree branches a bit upwards from me, hanging lightly from it with dear life. "Don't fucking make me come up after you! I had enough of this shit!"

And then, I started to climb...
