Rise and shine! All criminals are being awoken in a not so gentle way, the sound of cell doors banging open echoing through the sky box, and not a single answer is being given to the thousands of questions as they are ushered to the main floor and directed towards the several lines. There are several guards processing their fellow prisoners, the guards that aren't are just making sure nothing happens in line and people are where they are supposed to be, and some council members standing by, as if just making sure everything runs smoothly. Not even the citizens outside of the skybox know what's going on, all they know is that the prison sector has been quarantined off.
