Raymond is very childish. Like extremely childish. It's both entertaining and annoying at the same time. Which is his intention. He shows he cares by trying to annoy other people. He is very rarely serious, however he takes his job seriously, and if he is defending those he cares about. He very rarely gets angry, but when he does, he has trouble controlling it.
