YOU couldn't sleep, tossing and turning. the alcohol settled in your stomach,  causing you headaches, leaving you unsettled and bothered.

IN frustration, you text chris, hoping he was still awake and to your surprise he was. you text him mentioning how you can't sleep, he replies saying he'll stay up with you if it would help you feel better.

with this, you can't help but blush and feel the fire in your cheeks light up. feeling the tiny crush on him grow, as your heart beats faster. you text with him for some minutes as time passes. when you get up to grab blankets and pillows to go downstairs, chris walks in, leaving you stood still with handfuls of blankets.

MOMENTS BEFORE...

CHRIS'S POV:
MINUTES before, i was sitting on the edge on my bed, contemplating what to do when my phone lights up. it was y/n, i couldn't help but smile at the notification, that lit up my dark room.
when she sent through that first message i thought, is she okay? the thought of her not being okay haunts me. i have to go check. as i'm walking down to her room, my phone lights up yet again.

she can't sleep, i need to do something.
i text as i contemplated knocking on her door, standing outside.
END OF POV

YOU wait patiently, expecting chris to walk into your room at any moment. in the mean time, you start to grab blankets and cushions to take downstairs when your door swings open, leaving you clinging onto handfuls of blankets.
it was him.

HE stood there with the light shining through his bed head, dressed in a dark shaded hoodie, paired with plaid bottoms, his hair standing up all over the place but still looking angelic to you. he was towering over you in the doorway. you couldn't help but stare,

you were speechless...

"where are you going," chris said with a raspy whisper. "why don't we just stay up here?" he took my hand and guided me to my bed.

CHRIS'S POV:
i could hear moving from inside y/n's room and i finally got over my nerves and opened the door gently, to make sure not to scare her, but at the same time excited to see her face again. i standing in the door way, watching her as she picked up blankets and cushions, she immediately froze her figure when she noticed me standing not far from her. she was staring at me, in awe almost, causing knots to tie in my stomach. my feelings for her growing, fast.

with that, took her hand and guided her to her bed...
