Third person's POV: Alador and Odaila were in court they got a divorce however they were arguing over who gets to keep the children...... "I'm telling you, don't leave my kids with her!" Alador said, "Just because you don't love me anymore doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to be with our kids!" Odaila said "You were willing to let everyone die you don't deserve to have custody of my kids!" Alador shouted "Alador you keep claiming that your ex-wife Odaila knew that the Day of unity would kill us and was all right with it and even helped" The judge said... "Because it's true! She didn't care that everyone would die! She just wanted to be royalty! Belos said our family would be royalty in the so-called New World! But I know it was a lie and I'm NOT mad about Belos lying to her I'm mad that she actually believed it! And was willing to let him kill our entire race! She SHOULDN'T have custody of my kids!" Alador said "Do you have any poof of this being true Alador..?" The judge asked "Well right before the day of Unity when I found out it was gonna kill everyone I told her about it but she revealed that she already knew and was find with it I wasn't the only one who was there....." Alador said "So are you saying you have witnesses?" The judge asked, Alador looked away "Well they aren't available...." Alador said "What do mean they aren't available?" The judge asked "Well the witnesses were.... my daughter Amity Blight Luz Noceda Willow Park Augustus Porter the former golden guard and King Clawthorn..." Alador said "The children that no one has been able to find......" The judge said, the room was silent for a moment "Yeah they were the witnesses...." Alador said "Look I know I've done bad things in the past and I know I've made mistakes but who hasn't? We've all done things we've regretted and made mistakes but letting Belos kill everyone?! I would NEVER do such a thing that's just horrible!" Odaila said, "YOU WERE WILLING TO LET EVERYONE DIE BECAUSE YOU THOUGHT WE WERE GONNA BE ROYALTY!!!" Alador screamed "Alador I know you don't love me anymore but you can't just make up things so you can have our kids!" Odaila said "NO DONT YOU DARE TRY TO PLAY THE VICTIM HERE! YOU'RE THE MOST SELFISH PERSON I KNOW RIGHT NEXT TO BELOS HIMSELF!" Alador shouted, Alador knew Odaila was pretending to be the victim..... Odaila and Alador were arguing Odaila kept victimizing herself and making Alador look bad and Alador did not help things by letting his angry get the better of him and made himself look like the villain and worse of all the judge seemed to buy Odaila's little acted....."That's enough" The Judge said "But your honor!" Alador said "Alador you keep making huge claims with no evidence" The judge said "Please what I'm saying is true! You have to believe me!" Alador said "I'm very sorry Alador but I've decided.... Odaila will have custody of the kids" The judge said "But you can't!" Alador said and panicked, "I said Odaila will have custody of the kids my decision is final.." The judge said..... Alador looked downed sadden that he had lost custody of his children.... Then after that Alador was saying good bye to Edric and Emira "YOU LOST IN COURT?!" Edric said "I'm afraid so..." Alador said "Dad you're not really gonna let her take us right?!" Emira said "I have not Choice I lost.... There's nothing I can do...." Alador said "But she was willing to let everyone die I don't want to have to live with such a horrible person like her!" Edric shouted, Alador sighed "Look if I could I would take you guys but I can't..." Alador said, Edric and Emira hugged Alador before Odaila came and took them.... And that was it.... Alador had just lost Edric and Emira he already lost Amity..... He was worried sick about his kids Edric and Emira were with Odaila now and he had no idea what had happened to Amity.... He went to his old workshop and looked around.... All of this was his life's work.... And all his life's work was destroyed maybe it was for the better he thought it did take him away from his kids.... He felt as if he was about to cry.... He had just lost his kids after all.... Then another thought came to him.... He thought about something for a while or more pacifically someone......
