She talks about how made this shifting method when she was a kid from her Disney DVD called "Wish Gone Amiss", when basically the characters in a compilation of separate episodes saw a star in the sky and made a wish on it. Which made them shift to a reality where their wish of their's came true. But it came with some consequences that went "wrong".
She talked about how she shifted when she was a kid because she went outside to wish on a star to be Hannah Montana as she looked at the stars in the sky. Which made her shift to a DR where she was living Hannah Montana's life for a while, because then she went to sleep. Then woke up and saw that she was Hannah Montana.
