If you can't visualize for this shifting method and see all black, just try this method out by FEELING IT instead. You don't have to visualize for it.
When it comes to affirmations, the questions you're asking yourself can be a lot like shifting affirmations.
You can affirm between the questions like, "Where am I seeing?" And answer that question by saying, "I am now shifting".
