Imagine yourself as a gem at birth. This gem is bright red and its clarity is impeccable. As we go through life, we encounter sights and sounds that are disturbing. Whether it be a scary movie or a traumatic event that has happened in one's life. The once bright red gem becomes covered slowly in the dark pieces, causing it to become not so flawless. There was a time where when we were young something as scary as a horror film would absolutely terrify us and it was at this moment where our gem started to become opaque. How is that as an adult the once scary film that was once unwatchable become sometimes the most favorable of genres. In the world we live in, this is a considerable choice. A rattle the senses sort of thrill some seek to find. What has happened is that the gem has now darkened. We've become numb and our minds, our memory, has prepared itself for a familiar territory in which we've conditioned ourselves to withstand. Can you remember a time when you were scared of the unknown, then once experienced realized it was not so bad? Well experience plays a part in our darkening, but more what plays out is our questionable pursuit to engage in these dark activities. Everything that exists in this world plays apart on our sense of well being. If you're feeling lost, depressed or in a haze, there might be elements playing a part in your life and you may never find the source. That's because the source is not just one thing, it's everything. We wake up everyday like human beings have been doing since the beginning of time but, this time it's different. We are in an era where comfort and time has been catered to man. Some of us are not going through third world issues, and some of us are. We are in a time where modern medicine has helped the longevity of mankind and convenience is just a click away. We interact with people all day long. Electronic devices or more tangible activities feed exhaustion to our minds. We consume voices of our peers, our eardrums are in motion. We are engaging in the energy of our whole being. At night when we lay to rest in our beds our bodies are winding down, some of us feel exhausted, we rest and do this the next day. This consistency of our daily lives is a wear and tear on our gem's clarity and color. But what are we to do? These are our routines for a reason, it's how our world works for us. What I implore is meditation and silence more often than once a day. We all need time to unwind from the noises of our day, we need to rest our body and minds consistently throughout the day to counter this energy use of our daily life. We need to stay rooted in our life and in our well being. We must not be angry, because anger is a word that resembles a feeling and a feeling is imposed upon us when we encounter conflicts or situations in general. The feeling is derived from our minds creating what we believe is important to us and we act upon the feeling and sometimes causing conflict. When in actuality, what happens is one person becomes a reflection of another, they are both on the same wavelength of anger or one of them is. Still, anger and this feeling that we know about anger is just created in our minds. When did this first arrive? Did we once see another human act in such away, that being an adult? And did we as children do, become sponges? Did our minds, our souls collect this "angry" data? Did we perceive this to be what we are and what we do? Could this be the situation to all that what we are a collection of generated thoughts. We needed to be brought into this world to know and experience what it's about, but did we need to take on so many unnecessary traits. We live in the same world as the grass on your lawn do you think the grass has an agenda has the grass gotten angry? From what we can understand it doesn't have the ability to conjure up such thought. We as humans have this miraculous gift of creating such thoughts. We have a gift to create another way and this same gift is a curse. The curse of our thoughts is that we have as a collective group as a society deemed these actions, these emotions acceptable. There's no going back from what has happened in our lives that has created the person we are today. But as long as we are breathing there is a way to change the way we feel about how the world altered our sense of well being. How do accomplish this task one might ask. It's not simple unlearning or banishing memories that darkened our gem, but we can avoid them. We can avoid the negative situation that causes this anger. We can understand what anger is by knowing it's just a word created from a feeling created from our thoughts. Our soul our spiritual guide has no real control of our thoughts it just has an impression on your physical self that even your mind can appreciate its elegance and purity of our soul's true agenda which is to just relish it's thriving unimaginable existence and what it has become as a universe. We can take the time to center ourselves in silence to collect ourselves as a spiritual being and when we accomplish this we will start to see our gem our truest self shine.Remember,
the odds of you being here are immense! The universe being what it is so chaotic and balanced some might question of this is a perfect accident our a creation by a superior being whatever is your take on this world is yours but what goes on in this world is 50 percent under your control and 50 percent chance.
