Over time, as consciousness grew the ego played a part of our well being. The ego in itself can be deceitful and is the one force that can cause the most distraction in a person who only wants peace and to become collected. The traits of an ego can go unnoticed as we live out our days through its unwavering sense of being and importance it serves as a distraction to sequential collected thinking. The only way to counter our ego's abrasive manner is to pay close attention to our thoughts in sequence we have to catch the negative human traits of the ego before they come out. When we notice sometimes the slightest feeling of guilt for such actions, our moment of self reflection and egotistic acts that pass or go un noticed can often be a good learning experience on how we can stop our ego next time. We learn the most from our actions, sometimes people won't let us know that we acted in such way, it's best if we accept how we are and just progress to our best self. If you ever catch yourself having any traits that come with the ego such as being inflexible, criticizing or seeking praise. Just stop and apologize to yourself and tell yourself you're learning to be a better you and I apologize because taming the ego is like taming a wild animal we have to become extremely familiar with it work at it until we are in basic control. The ego will live on the only true death will be to counter your thoughts with those that are opposite of your ego in real time. If you stay consistent in your fight with the ego you can gain control of mind once again and be ready and more prepared to win in our daily lives by being a purely genuine being in pursuit of no ego and or egotistical thoughts or thought patterns.
